Awesome bikes.
We bought two of these VIVI fat tire bikes. And they are AWESOME. Easy to put together, easy charging, and they are fast. You won't be disappointed.

A little heavy
So far so good. Bought for son to go away to college instead of a car. Can't be loaded on normal rack so hitch, truck or old fashion top of car.

One bike that does it all
This bike is a beast and has made commuting very enjoyable, my entire family has pev's and it's been fun riding around our neighborhoods.

brakes are crap, front brakes fell apart riding, back brakes won't hold, motor is sluggish
this is the worst bike I have owned, brakes came apart, motor is very sluggish and low powered.

Starter bike
Value for money:Good value when comparing options of other brands. Comfort:Rides smooth with the fat tires and allows for shock absorb. Tires also allow to change terrain with ease from concrete to sand no tumbling off.Is a heavy bike so would not recommend if unable to hold up weight is much heavier than a standard bike.Has a suttle but bold statement because the tires are so large.Battery life:Good for short range commutes or exploring around town. I feel like I can go pretty far and get back on a full battery.

Shipping damage
As of right now I just got the bike looks and rides great. I am a little bumbed out about the chunk or metal. (Not just a scratch) I really don't want to go through the process to get it repaired or replaced at the moment. I will update my review once I have owned it a little longer.
