I'm always checking product reviews carefully and if they are reliable and genuine. This time I was even more careful as I didn't wanna purchase a cleaner which doesn't do its job or even worse ruins my skin. After trying out that little machine, I have to admit, this product absolutely deserves the 5-star rating!! The first time I used it, I had a tiny little bruise what was my fault as I left it on one spot for too long, but you will find out how to use it properly super quickly. I prepared my skin with a facial steam bath to open my pores, and it worked well. I removed literally loads of disgusting white- and blackheads which are kept in the nozzle of the suction machine what can subsequently be cleaned easily. After the treatment, my skin was slightly red, so I put a moisturizing mask to calm it down. Worked well! My partner asked me to do it on his face as well. He has really good skin but never did anything to his face before, so he had a bit of blockage here and there and some blackhead on his nose. I was a bit worried at the beginning as I'm not doing facials normally to other people :-) But funnily he enjoyed the procedure so much that he almost fell asleep - his skin was amazingly soft afterwards. TIP FOR THE BEST RESULTS: I have my home-beauty-day today, so I started with a nice HIIT and Cardio workout and decided to use the machine right after. My pores were super opened as I was actually steaming from the inside. I removed soooo much dirt, and it worked even more smoothly and easily. My face was a bit more reddish than normal but way more clean and soft. I put a moisturizing mask and let it on for more than 30 minutes while I did my pilates and yoga program :-D After I took the leftover of the mask off my skin looked radiant, smooth and so clean and wasn't red at all anymore. So give it a go to achieve perfect results! Such an amazing product for such a little prize - highly recommended!

It is good and works well, would have preferred detailed instructions though

I’m a 47 year old female and for the last couple of years I have been experiencing hormonal outbreaks of spots across my forehead. No topical product has worked to clear them.I saw this product being recommend on YouTube and I initially bought it for reducing fine lines and not to clear my spots. I have now been using it for three weeks. The spots on my forehead have virtually gone I am so pleased! Although it says to use it a couple of times a week I actually used it for three days consecutively across my forehead starting on a low setting for a couple of minutes to get use it then increasing the setting and just using the larger nozzle. The first couple of times of using it and to my horror, but surprisingly satisfying, quite a bit of yuk came out of my forehead. I have now used all the nozzles including the microdermabrasion and have seen a huge reduction in spots and my skin looks much clearer and smoother. My regime now is to literally sweep the larger nozzle over my forehead after showering which takes less than a minutes and to use all the other nozzles once a week as a facial. Advice would be to start on a lower suction setting until you get use to it, keep the product moving, don’t stay over one spot or you will bruise, use at night time to begin with just in case you do bruise, bruising should go down over night, ( I bruised once on my chin but I kept going over the same area too many times, the bruising disappeared over night) don’t use for more than 3-5 minutes and use a light moisturiser aftwards.I still have the odd spot but compared to what I had a few weeks ago I am really pleased.

Followed instructions and made sure that I was always moving the device, and knly used the first setting, I am wearing concealer here and you can still see the bruising this item gave me. Most of it is hidden, its lines of bruises! I am mortified!

At first i thought it is completely dead. Then I learned that you can hold it tight on a specific spot so that wire connection is secured somewhere inside and it starts to work. Did not bother to ask for replacement even though probably should have hustled. Idea is good overall, it will help to clean your skin and also promote the blood circulation (which is one of the main pillars of anti-aging). But the product itself is damaged during assembly or transportation - and it does not look like they tested it before sending out to the customer.

Does not do anything....just scratches my face and leaves marks

Wow! This is a seriously strong blackhead remover!! It's great! I wasn't expecting it to be so effective, so I set it to maximium and I was amazed. It left a bit of a line so I think I'll use it on half power from now on, but it's going to be a regular addition to my routine! It's Fantastic!

I'm not sure if it removes black heads exactly, although there is usually some gunk in the end after using- so is not the miracle cure I was looking for. However, the suction alone helps to boost my skin and it always feels soft afterwards.
