Superb Valjoux (ETA) 7750 Chronograph
Like the Grovana GMT and Sub, this is a superb and well executed 7750 chronograph. Even the pushers screw down as they should on a dive chronograph. Many chronographs have knurling at the base of the pushers that do nothing whatsoever. They don't even turn; they're just for looks. These are fully functional. Screw them down and they lock the chronograph pushers to keep them from leaking during a dive. Because of the 7750 chronograph movement inside, this watch is thicker and heavier than their non-chrono GMT and sub. All but impossible to get a Valjoux 7750 chrono for this price brand new. Fit and finish is on par with watches costing three times or more than this one. Bracelet and case feel silky smooth with no rough or sharp edges. I'm very pleased!Have bracelet sized by a full service jeweler. The links are not the standard split pins found in most bracelets. These have solid pins with a long spring sleeve held captive in the middle while the bracelet is assembled. Trying to push the pins out with the wrong tools will ruin the sleeves. When disassembling the bracelet, one must be very careful when pulling the links apart after removing the pin as the spring sleeve will fall out. Lose that and you cannot put it back together. This type of solid pin with a spring sleeve in the middle of the bracelet is not common but it's not rare. I've got several Bulova and a Rado that use the same type of pins and sleeves.

Worth every penny!!
Very nice watch!! The quality is without question just by looking at it. Feels good on the wrist, although it is a heavy watch. This watch can run with the "big boys" of watches.
