Omni-directional? Really?
Antenna did not work well for omni-directional application. Was fine to pick up channels from pointing it in a particular direction but I have signals coming from two directions and could not get channels for both at the same time. I tried another 360 degree antenna and it was able to get a string signal from both directions so I am thinking this one is best when signal comes from only one direction.I did like the extra mounting pieces that allowed attachment to thin patio railing.I wrote another review but it seems to have disappeared, UGH.

I get 43 channels with this mounted on my roof, expected more
For the price, I have to say it's really good. I live in the Bronx, NY, this antenna is on a 10 foot pole mounted on my roof which is at least 20 ft. off the ground. So I get 43 channels, very good clarity. I must say that I get the same from a flat mouse-pad like antenna I have taped on my window which is at ground level. At ground level, I get interference sometimes, so the roof mount is always going to be better. I am a bit disappointed that I can't get more channels, which are available, even though it is omni directional. I will try and adjust where it is pointing. I hooked up the included amplifier and then all channels were totally unwatchable, segmented and no audio. For the price, it is a really good deal.

Works OK on UHF, but none of VHF band
Do not believe the 174-860 MHz range. Duplex antennas combined on outdoors mast at +14 meters, above nearby trees and roofs, and receive no stations beyond 80 km. I replaced one of the two with a VHF antenna combined with the Aatal and got the VHF working on two stations.

Made them cancel satellite
Ordered for my parents they just unplugged DirecTV satellite and mounted this on the same pole and plugged it in and get 25+ channels from it and couldn't be happier

Disappointed
Disappointed, do not get the range i needed. They say cut the range in half, wished I could get 75 miles out of this and do not even get that!
