I bought this light for my succulents this winter. The lights are great. The actual adjustment wire that the lights are attached to dont stay up on their own however, which is a bummer. I need them to stay in specific spots to get rhe most out of the lights. I had to dig around my kitchen for a wire tie to hold them up.

So far so good. This item was very easy to set up. Simply plug in and it was ready to go. I always start my vegetable, herbs and flowers from seed. This is a perfect way to keep my fresh herbs going all year round. It doesn't take up much room and is very light weight. I haven't used it very long yet, but so far, it seems to be working quite well. I leave it on just a few hours each day. Hopefully it will last for a very long time. It also serves as a nightlight in my kitchen! I'll update if anything drastic changes, but thus far, everything is good to go. It's simple and straight forward.

Overall this is a very great product. Super simple and easy to use. It functions and looks exactly as it should with an added plus that it comes with a USB plug. Although I should have done my due diligence of reading the comments and reviews before purchasing, as I got this specifically for when I would be on vacation and did not realize the timer function turns the lights OFF but not ON. so that was a little disappointing. But very bright lights and great product still.

This is a low voltage mini-grow light with two LED bars on flexible extensions and a sturdy clamp, whose jaws are a good anchor for horizontal mounting of an inch or less thickness. The tiny off-on control switch also allows setting the lights on for a period for 3, 6 or 12 hours. Other buttons on the control switch allow the light intensity to be dimmed or set for all red spectum lighting, all blue spectrum lighting or a mix. I've been using it for a small boxed mint planting for kitchen use. The light intensity is not strong enough to promote robust growth, but it does promote a healthy, green, but somewhat spindly growth in the darkest days of winter. Should only be considered for a small planted area, possibly 2 by 3 feet.

I got this light because I had to do a bunch of plant cuttings for propagation, but it's the winter which is not when you should be doing this!! I was hoping the light could give them some additional growing power. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I use it daily, and it appears to be working great! My cuttings are healthy and growing, and my succulent leaves are rooting already- which I've tried to do many times in the past and never had success with! It's also pretty thin and unassuming, but gives off a lot of light. I would say it's definitely worth getting, especially for the price.

My plants either didn't make it or barely survived using this plant light. It is not bright enough for kitchen herbs, plants or flowers, lost some plants in each category with this. I used it as a second plant light (first is too far away). These lights are also hard to adjust so they'll stay put and also not shine bright lights in your eyes, everyone who came over complained about them. I got a different plant light, and voila, the survivors started growing again, and no more complaints from guests.

Got some pepper seeds from Spain that I planted last spring but rabbits ate the plants when they were only tiny. Had one seed left and planted it. As it won't be producing until well after the first frost I brought it into the house, placed it in a large window and installed the lights. It's doing great. Will have plenty of seeds next spring. I just got this yesterday and am pleased with it at this point. It is physically exactly what I was looking for (size, shape, function). I also didn't realize that the chord is a USB port- which is a positive plus for me. For my indoor garden I need the option of blue or red light for different plants, and I love that this adjusts to either with a click. The dimming feature and timer are awesome for the same reason. Used the 3 hr timer last night and it worked and was accurate. Time will tell the longevity of the product and if my plants will like it. Excited to see what transpires.
