Rated at 1/6 horsepower, yet out performs larger units. I got this mainly to remove water from my pool cover. It works great, Quiet, easy to use, moves a lot of water….fast. Seems very well built, this will definitely help me out, with the pool cover. It is kinda heavy, but that’s a sign of a better electric motor…..I’m Thinking about using it at the Lake Marina, to hose down my boat. Has quite a bit of pressure….

The media could not be loaded. Unbelievable suction power. Don't waste your money on the more expensive one. I bought the 1/6 hp. The thing is blasting water 20 feet across my backyard. Unbelievable. Hope it lasts. I bought the three year warranty too. If it fails over the next three years, I will update review. Only downside is that it's so strong, it sucks the bottom of the cover when it's laying in the water so I just tilt it on its side so it maintains the strong flow of water. Unit is heavy too.

I previously bought the Acquaer 1HP pump to drain my hot tub. I liked it so much that I bought this smaller unit to flush my tankless water heater. The pump is quite and works great at a good price.

We purchased this in anticipation of the rain storms in California. The idea of trying to run a electrical cord in the pouring rain wasn't very appealing, so we looked at the few battery powered solutions with good flow rates. This one seemed to fit the bill and was available via Prime. The first unit we ordered performed great for about 25 minutes in the rain. It came apparently fully charged (3 green leds). As the rains intensified, we brought it back in to charge, and that's when we discovered it would not charge. No blinking lights and no tell tale warm lithium charger. It was a dud at the worst time. We requested an exchange via Prime (great service) and received it, but even Prime couldn't get it over to us before the next storm, so we stayed water logged. The replacement seems to perform well and actually charges. It looks like it will run for about 40 minutes on a full charge. This thing is super convenient to move around the yard and target specific puddles. It will handle slightly muddy/dirty water and gets it down to about 1 inch deep before the pump cannot pick up any more water. Although it's pricey compared to the other electric wired sump pumps out there, it is unique in its ability to provide good flow and be very portable and safe in the middle of a disorienting rain storm. There aren't many other choices out there. Just make sure you test it and charge it before you really need it.

This is a very powerful pump to remove water off the cover of your swimming pool or for any other use where you need a pump. It attaches to a regular water hose. We had it attached to a 100 ft hose and after an hour we switched it out to a shorter 25 ft hose and it worked much faster.The price was reasonable and it arrived in a timely manner. Great product and value and it seems like a sturdy item that will give years of service.

Fast, quiet and takes the water all the way down. It drains my hot tub twice as fast and gets more water out than the normal drain can.

Working well

The media could not be loaded. If your house has a sump pump you need to have a backup pump to use for maintenance or if you primary pump breaks. This is a good option because it has a built in automatic switch. The pump comes with a back flow valve as well. The pump was easy to use right out of the box and worked well in testing. It pumped 5 gallons of water quickly in about 20 seconds.
