Believe it or not these are very good as a quick snack.I had times when I came home and I didn't have much time to prep my meal and I opened one of these bags, added a bit of olive oil, salt and garlic powder and they were perfect with toast.Only clean ingredients so this is a very healthy snack full of proteins and fibers.

These have been great in many recipes, particularly one of my favourites, a chicken burrito salad bowl. They are ready to go straight from the pack or you can heat them if you prefer.Much better taste than the tinned variety.I really like this brand and the fact they use premium ingredients with no added nasties or preservatives.This is a pack of six so offers good value for money.I would highly recommend and will buy these in future.

Beans perfectly cooked and packed without any liquid in a tin, these are such a treat and SO easy to make into a quick meal.I've been eating them tipped straight out of the packet, mixed with some tomatoes, olives and avocado and a drizzle of lemon juice. Such a quick and simple meal when short on time.I will definitely be buying these again in the future!

These are ideal for making a nice chilli or bbq beans meal when you don't have time to cook the beans, lime on lunch breaks. It's a good mix and the beans are well cooked. I just poured some sauce into the pouch and warmed them up and they were very nice. There's a better mix of beans than you'd find in a pre"sauced puch as they always contain filler ingredients where this is just beans and oil.

I generally really like the Merchant Gourmet products as they're a good quality ingredient. As a coeliac though I have to watch out for the ingredients as sometimes they contain gluten. No worries about these as it's just a delicious medley of beans seasoned with salt and olive oil. There is a 'may contain' allergen warning for safety, but I've never experienced any issues.The best before date is just under two years and as you'd expect they taste great.Fantastic for making a quick healthy meal by just adding to a salad, or rice dish, pasta, chilli, curry. The uses are endless.

I tried them cold and warm, warm is the way to go. Cold would be a task for me to eat them all, although you can store them for two days in a fridge once opened. (expiry date August 2026).They are fairly soft so eating them is easy and you can suck the lovely taste out of them.I do not think I will be eating them as a snack but adding half a packet to a salad or other dish.Give them a go
