Energy Booster?
I’m all for anti-aging being that I don’t have too much age left to go. (That might be a good thing or bad thing. I don’t know.) Anyway, I’ve taken these capsules for a few weeks now hoping to prolong life and maybe go back a few years and boost my energy. So far I haven’t found that to be the case.I tried them for the first week and really didn’t notice that much of a difference compared to taking just a regular multi-vitamin. I slacked off on the second week to see if I felt any setbacks. Nothing significant was noticed. I started back on them again and only to noticed a slight boost once again like taking a super vitamin complex. So, my expectations were disappointed but, it did seem to give me just a small energy boost. So, with 3 stars being neutral, I would have to rate these supplements as 4 stars since they did show a little improvement over nothing at all. Oh, one last thing, this stuff is expensive!

Actually noticed a difference
Have more energy in the mornings, and I don’t crash in the afternoon like I used to. The NMNH supplement seems to be doing its job. Definitely sticking with this one.

Good NMNH supplement
I’ve noticed an increase in energy and focus since taking this NMMH supplement and also a lowering of my blood sugars which BioPrene can do. It’s easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste.
