I agree with other reviews to use this at the first sign of illness- scratchy throat, runny nose, coughing...like that... You open a packet down into your throat. I think these are only available through Amazon, its lozenges on the website...Tastes awesome! I could feel immediate soothing effects. I like remedies that aren't full of Tylenol- hard to find these days. I would definitely buy this for a child!

These are great. Use as follows, really pound them back in the beginning and any cold will be drastically shortened. Mine was 3 days, start of vague feelings, took these and it never got bad and was gone n a couple of days.

I'm going to be honest I was very skeptical about this product. However I'm so glad that I was wrong. This product is very straightforward with its use. An works really well with no water need. You just open the packet and Injest the contents and that's it. It stared working immediately. This is a must have for your medicine cabinet.

It works and help me with my throat that was burning hurting, and probably sore too but it did help with what I needed. It took the pain away and after a few days I was back to normal highly recommended.

Good flavor, taste good and works. I used before bedtime for some relief during the night from coughing. I have used the syrup for years but tried this and I will definitely be purchasing again
