I am pretty addicted to skincare and am very picky on what I put on my face and include in my routines and do alot of research on everything. This device included! I love it, I will say as with anything, you have to be consistent to see results. I bought it in March and I do see results. After my skincare in the morning, I sit at my desk, check emails and do my red light therapy. I start with red, then green, then other colors depending on the need of the day. I have recommended this to just about everyone I know, men included! This helps to penetrate your skincare products by massaging your face, as well as work on the specific issues with the light therapy at the same time! Its rechargeable and portable. As long as you are consistent, you will see and feel a difference.

I was struggling with really bad moon face due to being on Prednisone a lot this yr, as well as poor lymphatic drainage. Underneath my chin was so puffy & round. It was embarrassing me terribly. I have been in the market for a LED face device and I knew I wanted one that had the full spectrum of seven colors. I like the looks of this, how it felt in the hand, the heat function and how it slightly vibrated to help active serums penetrate into the skin better. So I decided to purchase. Not sure if it'd meet my standards to be able to be used at work. Wow! This device is exceeding my expectations. I'm going to have to buy one for at home now too. Don't be fooled by the really expensive models. It's all about the disclosure of the nanometers for each LED color. You can purchase a conductive gel. I just use a traditional ultrasound gel and it works great. Or you can use it without. I like the fact that it is cordless and that's the charge Seems to last for a long time. Nothing worse than having a device die in the middle of a session. Since I've purchased this and used it on a few clients so far, one of them has already made an order for her own. I highly recommend it. I would say the most important part is to remember that it's progression not perfection. What I mean by that is you have to use it everyday and it has a timer for 10 minutes and shuts off. That's all the time needed for one color spectrum in the skin. I personally use the white setting in the morning when I'm putting on my skin care to help it absorb in better. That's what white does. In the afternoon I tend to use the yellow because my skin can get red pretty easy and I feel like that helps calm it down and gives me a smoother looking complexion. I do that afternoon one with my makeup still on. In the evening I after cleaning my face and doing my skin care routine, I use the red to help with fine lines and wrinkles. If I've had a particularly long night and I feel puffy in the morning or I feel like I have bags under my eyes, then I will use the purple spectrum in the morning versus the white. But the most important thing is that you use it at least one time for 10 minutes everyday. Then you will see results.
