I have two dogs, and keeping the house clean is a chore. I run the vacuum and mop 5 days a week. It's at least spend an hour. I decided to buy a new vacuum/mop as a Thanksgiving gift for myself. While it is expensive, it's well worth it in my opinion. I love the design. Beautiful design can fit into any home. The app is simple and easy to use. Mapping is pretty accurate. It's powerful suction with quite sound control. It handles daily cleaning well and easily removes dust, hair, and other things. The part I like most is the WaterRecycle System. I was impressed that it doesn't need to refill water manually. No need for water supply and drainage connections, I can put it anywhere in my home. It's Truly Hands-Free. I can crank up the suction and mop cycle count and make it run when I am not home so that I can return to spotless floors. Overall, the 3i is an amazing and efficient robot vacuum/mop. I really love having it in my home. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We have been using this vacuum/mop for over 3 months. We have a larger home and use it across 4 floors/spaces. We have 3 kids, a dog (labrador), and a cat. We really stress test vacuums in our home. This device has been amazing. It is a remarkable piece of technology. It is used everyday in some capacity and leaves the floors super clean. For larger areas it does a great job of returning to station, charging up, and resuming where it left off. Mapping of spaces is scary good. Almost military level precision. Battery life is very good as well. It only ever needs to recharge during a job when cleaning the largest floor of the home. The intelligence is really impressive, it just knows what to do without a ton of user input or micromanagement. The app and setup are pretty easy. There is a lot of functionality, so the app may feel intimidating at first, but it's pretty intuitive and the learning curve is not steep. We had one minor part break - the machine was still usable. We reached out to support via email, chat, and voicemail. They got back to us within 12 hours of our email ( I recommend email over the others) and they promptly sent out the replacement part. The part that broke was a thing metal serrated blade that is used to cut hair or other stringy things that may get wrapped around the brush, so nothing alarming or concerning. We are very happy with this purchase and the support. I would buy with confidence.

We have 2 dogs so a robot vacuum makes life so much easier. This is our first mopping robot but we've had several other Roombas (currently, a 4 year old I6+) and an even older Deebot (N79S). I would say we were satisfied with our previous bots keeping up with the daily shedding and dirt that gets tracked in. But this 3i S10 Ultra has hands down beaten anything we have owned previously. It's quick, relatively quiet, and thorough. When we first set it up and did the mapping run, it only took 12 minutes to map most of our downstairs areas (we had left some doors closed just because the rooms aren't used very often plus we were anxious to put it to use). Not only did it complete the map quickly, but it was also accurate. Very impressive! We've had this for a little over a week and have used the AI cleaning daily. The bot cleans all of our mapped area and decides if it needs to be mopped, vacuumed (or both), and how much. Our floors have never felt or looked so clean from a robot. Everything looks and feels freshly mopped every day -- because it is! Walking around barefoot, I find no gritty sand or dirt left on the floors at all. It does a great job of cleaning around obstacles left on the floor and we haven't noticed it bumping into things. One of the few complaints we have is that it doesn't seem to trigger a Google Home routine that we have set up to turn lights on and off when it docks and undocks. Our Roomba was able to trigger these routines without issue so we're hopeful that this will improve with time with this one. Some days we are better than others at remembering to manually turn on some lights to allow it to navigate easily. However, low light does not seem to be an issue. It seems to have been able to navigate just fine in rooms with only scant lighting from other rooms. The app is fairly easy to use once you have looked around a little bit. It's not immediately apparent where some things are but it's not impossible to figure out, either. It was a little difficult to create rooms manually. We have an open floor plan in our main living space so we needed to manually break that down into smaller "rooms" for better control when we need area-specific cleaning. And often times when trying to create rooms, it would tell us that the space was too small to create a room but later would let us create a room in a different area that was even smaller than the area we had been denied earlier. We are hopeful this will also improve with time. We have done a single zone cleaning session and that worked really well. We set it to vacuum an area rug 2x with strong suction. It did the job very well and without any issues. I do wish that you could create a zone permanently so it could be added to a manual routine or even just clicked or spoken to accomplish. Currently, all you can do is draw a square and tell it to go clean and how you want it cleaned. We have not used the scheduler to set up a specific room clean but the capabilities do look nice. You can set each room for how you want it cleaned: vacuumed (how many times and what suction level), mopped (how many times and how deep of clean you want), or a combination of vacuuming and mopping. This may be our next step for using this to save on wear and tear on the unit. We'll see. :-) We do like the sanitizing feature and dehumidifier to keep the water tank cleaned and filled on its own. But we're going to see if it shows up on our electric bill. You can see in the app how long it runs and how much water was cleaned. But it does feel like it is running often. Be sure to read the dimensions on the bot to be sure you have enough space because it is rather large and requires about 18 inches on either side, according to the manual. But it's definitely worth the space needed! Now, they just need to get the consumables in stock and available so we can have stuff on hand when its in need of replacement (e.g. the cleaning solution, mop roller, spinning brushes, etc.). Currently, everything says it is not available.

Il robot l ho ordinato durante l offerta il 30 agosto ma ci sono stati problemi con la spedizione e non è arrivato il giorno previsto, dovo un po’ di chat aperte con il servizio amazon sono riusciti a segnalare la cosa e risolvere il problema, amo il servizio loro perché sono sempre disponibili ad aiutare, anche se a volte i problemi non si risolvono gli agenti amazon sono presenti. Il ROBOT: Non ho avuto problemi con la connessione, bisogna semplicemente scannerizzare il codice sopra il robot e si connette (dopo aver messo la password del wifi) e sconsiglio di selezionare il modello prima di scannerizzare il codice altrimenti potrebbero esserci problemi, ad esempio non trova nessun dispositivo. Lo stiamo ancora testando ma sembra funzionare correttamente, il deumidificatore funziona e vedo le goccioline scendere dall alto! Una cosa abbastanza wow per un robot. Ho già un ambiente molto umido ovvero il salone seminterrato, il robot rileva un umidità del 64% e dai dati riesce a produrre circa 120ml l ora di acqua pulita, già superiore rispetto ai dati tecnici. Dopo il primo giorno in 4.4 ore ha prodotto ben 570ml di acqua, il serbatoio si riempie di continuo quasi eccessivamente rispetto all uso che ne devo fare perciò é un grande lato positivo, vuol dire che funziona benissimo il sistema. Per ora posso dire che rispetta le caratteristiche descritte. Un ragionamento che ho fatto é che funziona con IA e credo abbia la capacità di adattarsi e migliorare nei movimenti con il tempo, a volte é pensieroso, se trova un passaggio molto stretto es. tra mobile e muro può avere difficoltà a girarsi per tornare indietro, e perfetto dopo che é successo, la seconda volta ha fatto retromarcia, come se ci fosse al volante qualcuno! Molto molto affascinante, e per chi se lo stesse chiedendo mentre lava non fa retromarcia ma gira su se stesso per lavare fino in fondo, e avendo un didietro non proprio rotondo ha imparato subito a fare manovra per non sbattere, direi top! Unico neo, ho notato che sugli angoli applica una strategia per far arrivare il mop il più possibile vicino ai bordi, ma in alcuni angoli non la adotta per esempio su piccoli spazi o dove c é un mobile che fa angolo con il muro, in quel caso non lo fa sempre ma sono convinto che 3i potrà risolvere con un aggiornamento software più avanti! La modalità video non prevede microfono ne videochiamata, si può solo girare per casa con il robot a distanza, ma pensandoci affondo non é indispensabile fare videochiamate dal robot, é solo una cosa in più! In caso di ladri si può comunque registrare video o scattare foto e vengono salvate sul telefono, una misura di sicurezza essenziale direi e ricordiamoci che pur non avendo un microfono questo robot ha spiazzato la concorrenza con un riciclo dell acqua impeccabile quindi il costo é completamente coerente con le caratteristiche. Chiederei solo di migliorare alcune cose a mio parere risolvibili con aggiornamenti: 1) migliorare la pulizia nei bordi per non lasciare nessuno spazio scoperto e facendolo sempre andare bene negli angoli quando aspira e lava. 2) nello storico della pulizia specificare quali stanze sono state pulite, con che tipo di strategia e che passaggi sono stati fatti ( es. aspirazione 2 volte, lavaggio 1 volta). 3) migliorare la visione quando fa la mappatura se possibile, perché se ci sono mobili grandi li inserisce nella mappa come fossero pareti quindi in sostanza sarebbe bello se distinguesse i mobili dai muri, ma é solo per un impatto estetico più rifinito e non pregiudica la pulizia. 4) qualche volta se trova uno spazio stretto tra mobile e muro, il robot pensa di non poterci entrare e fa retromarcia, anche se ha 2/3 cm di margine, non so se é migliorabile oppure é una questione di sicurezza del robot però lo segnalo. Bene, detto ciò concludo col dire che é un robot eccezionale, innovativo, molto molto bello da vedere e confido in 3i che sicuramente riuscirà a ottimizzare il robot fino renderlo ancora più preciso di come é adesso, resta sempre uno dei top di gamma migliori al mondo! Deve solo avere la corrente e per il resto pensa a tutto lui, ed é uno dei pochi che consente la connessione anche con i 5g oltre che con i soliti 2,4g!

Amazing peoduct. Does exactly what it says it does! I have now used it for close to three weeks and really don't have anything bad to say. The AI bits are really smart and once it sees a stain, it keeps working it till the area is clean! The fact that up to now i have not had to empty the stinky dirty water or add fresh water is totally amazing. Can now take long vacations and return to a spotless home! When it extracts moisture from the air it can be a bit noisy, but can adjust the time for this feature to work through the app. I have set it up to work at night when we are not close to it. The one thing that did surprise me was the weight of the unit, however no surprise as it does a lot. Bit difficult to chuck it in your car and take it from one place to another.... The part that totally took me by surprise and blew me away is the customer service! Super prompt, super helpful, and super polite i have not seen or experienced this level of service in like forever! No problem too small and every problem solved! I was a bit apprehensive buying this "unknown" brand, but truly glad I did so....I can honestly say buy without fear.....

Ich bin total begeistert. Bedingt durch die Erfahrungen mit einem anderen Modell von Saug-Wisch-Robotern entschloss ich mich zum Kauf dieses Haushaltshelfers. Bevor ich auf die einzelnen Punkte seines Könnens genauer eingehe sei schon jetzt erwähnt, das ich ihn nicht mehr vermissen möchte, da mich sie Funktionen und Möglichkeiten absolut überzeugen, oder um es anders zu formulieren: Hätte es solch ein Gerät schon vor Jahrzehnten gegeben, unsere Eltern und Großeltern wäre trotz ihrer Ablehnung der modernen Technik im Haushalt ebenso begeistert wie ich selbst. Doch nun zu den Details die mir aufgefallen sind: Als er geliefert wurde bedurfte es der Hilfe von 2 Personen um ihn in meine Wohnung im 5. Stock (ohne Aufzug) zu bugsieren. Hier angekommen musste ich feststellen, das hier wohl ein echter Verpackungskünstler am Werk war der dem berühmten Entfesselungskünstler „Galdini“ Konkurrenz macht, oder um es anders zu sagen, es kostete einige Mühe und Kraft den Roboter aus seiner Verpackung zu befreien. Nachdem mir dieses gelungen war begann ich mit der Einrichtung des Gerätes, was auch das einstellen der verschiedensten Funktionen per Handy erfordert. Da ich selbst gerne vieles ausprobiere um ein optimales Ergebnis der Einstellungen und Funktionen zu erreichen, nahm dies zwar Zeit in Anspruch, doch lohnt sich der Aufwand. Mit dieser Weltneuheit wurden Akzente in der Welt moderner Haushaltshilfen realisiert, die neue Maßstäbe setzt. Nun also begann der praktische Teil des Roboters, der als erstes meine Wohnung mit den einzelnen Räumen mittels seiner modernen, durch KI unterstützt, ausmaß und dabei alle Möbelstücke und sonstige Hindernisse speichert. Dieser Wohnungsplan ist, und das ist ebenfalls positiv zu sehen, über das Handy einsehbar. Erst nachdem dieses passiert war nimmt der Roboter seine eigentliche Arbeit auf und erkennt selbständig den unterschied zwischen den verschiedene Bodenbelägen. Er erkennt wo er zu saugen oder zu wischen hat, ohne das es eines Zutuns Meinerseits erfordert. Ebenso ist anzumerken das er sehr schonend mit den verschieden Möbelstücken, dank seiner Lasertechnologie umgeht, ohne das es zu größeren Stößen am Inventar kommt. Seine Saugleistung ist dementsprechend hoch. Selbst lange Haare am Boden oder hartnäckige Flecken entfernt er ohne große Mühe, so das nach Beendigung des Reinigungsvorgangs ein Ergebnis steht, das meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt sondern übertrifft. Einige Eigenheiten möchte ich an dieser Stelle noch besonders erwähnen. So reinigte der Roboter noch während seiner Tätigkeit die Wischbürste immer wieder, was zur Folge hat, das er den Schmutz ins Wischwasser abgibt und nicht als Grauschleier in der Wohnung verteilt. Im Klartext bedeutet dies, das die Wischbürste stets sauber ist und zu einem sehr ansprechenden Ergebnis führt. Das gilt auch für die Saugbürste während des Saugvorgangs und macht ein Eingreifen des Menschen überflüssig. Insbesondere für ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit einem Handicap stellt das eine spürbare Erleichterung dar. Ebenso positiv hervorzuheben ist das der Roboter immer wieder versucht auch schmale, oft unzugänglichen Ecken mit Hilfe seiner ausfahrbaren Bürsten zu erreichen was ihm in den meisten Fällen auch gelingt. Nur wenige Ecken sind für ihn nicht erreichbar, was aber für eigentlich jeden Roboter dieser runden Bauart zutreffen würde. Vielleicht wäre es einer Überlegung wert ihn mit zusätzliche Microbürsten auszustatten, damit dieser Umstand behoben wird. In Hinsicht auf Nachhaltigkeit zeigt dieses Gerät wozu es wirklich in der Lage ist, denn das Wischwasser selbst nach dem Reinigungsvorgang mehrfach gereinigt und das Wasser danach so stark erhitzt das alle Geruchsbildenden Bakterien abgetötet werden. Der Schmutz selbst wird dabei getrocknet und danach in den Staubbeutel überführt, der nach Monaten nur noch ersetzt werden muss. Vielleicht, so meine Erkenntnis, wäre hier ein permanenter, nur zu entleerenden Staubbehälter sinnvoll, um so die Kosten für neue Staubbeutel zu vermeiden. Ein absolutes Novum zeigt sich bei der Wassergewinnung. Das Gerät zieht die Luftfeuchtigkeit aus den Räumen um es seinem Frischwassertank zuzuführen und so ein häufiges Auffüllen des Tanks überflüssig macht. Wie effektiv dies ist zeigte sich mir als ich der Nähe des Roboters ein feuchtes Tuch aufhing, das bereits kurze Zeit später knochentrocken war. Es stellt sich mir die Frage, ob man den Roboter daher auch als Wäschetrockner oder Raumentfeuchter einsetzen kann. Das der Roboter dank seines einstellbaren Timers zur gewünschten Zeit die Wohnung reinigt sehe ich bei diesen Möglichkeiten schon fast als Nebensache. Es sei an dieser Stelle angemerkt das ich selbst von unterwegs über mein Handy die Reinigung meiner Wohnung beobachten und dank der eingebauten Kamera im Roboter meine Wohnung aus einer völlig neuen Perspektive betrachten kann. Ich bin mir ebenso sicher, das ich noch nicht das gesamte Potential des Geräts nutze und werde scher noch einiges mehr seiner Möglichkeiten entdecken. Bleibt zum Abschluss meiner Rezession zu hoffen das die Technik über einen sehr langen Zeitraum störungsfrei arbeitet, da ich dies im Rahmen seines bisher kurzen Einsatzes noch nicht beurteilen kann. Fazit. Der Saug-Wisch-Roboter ist eine Errungenschaft welche wirklich sehr hilfreich ist. Dank der Symbiose zwischen Hard- und Software bietet er alles was sich die Hausfrau oder auch der Hausmann nur wünschen kann. Die Reinigungsleistung ist mehr als nur gut, sondern dürfte auch Skeptiker überzeugen.
