I accidentally dropped it while walking from the kitchen, and it shattered into hundreds of pieces. I love the whole concept of this glass... And that it is totally glass, which is wonderful to drink from. But the lid won't stay shut. I use it to drink hot lemon water on my drive to work, and this is not good. I didn't experience the issue the first time I used it, but today I can't get the lid to stay shut. It just pops up, which is perilous on a drive, with hot liquid. I am going to use it few more mornings in hopes that the problem will correct itself. If it does, I will update. Otherwise I am going to have to return it. And this makes me sad.

The main reason I chose this cup is its appearance—it truly looks great. After receiving and using it, I was even more pleasantly surprised. It has excellent insulation performance, keeping both hot and cold drinks at the desired temperature for a long time. The glass material ensures that there’s no unwanted odor in my beverages, and the lid seals tightly. Now, I carry it with me every day.

Does not have a good seal and leaks. Very disappointed.

Great made cup. coffee tastes great in this glass mug (no alumni taste of course). easy to clean and pour into. Lid holds well. Heat doesn't hold well, so make sure to drink coffee ina timely manner.

I love this travel mug. Bought a second one because my daughter took my first one. I don't like plastic and feel there is no substitute for glass. Everything seems to just taste better in a glass to me. You do have to be aware that this is glass and will break if hit hard or dropped.

I always enjoy a glass cups etc due to not keeping any flavor and seems easy to keep clean. The double walled allows it to be able to be held while liquids are still hot which is nice and keeps insulate. The sleeve appears nice at well. The only thing that I do not love about it is I feel like the lid does not hold on as securely as I would like. That being said it has not been a problem but I have pushed it back down a couple times. This might be perfectly fine and I will still use the cup, as it doesn't make me scared to use it or anything but worth noting.
