Cheap quality product. Thickness of product is very low. Not much comfortable for ankle. We can say something is better than nothing

Gives good support to heels. Have been using for around 3 months now, still cushioning effect of the heel pads is retained. Helped me in managing pain. It is a durable product at this price. Does not feel sticky to me as I wear socks and use in formal shoes only.
