Edited 11-5-24: Customer Service with Cross & Glory was the best I have ever experienced. They refunded me for the cost of the Puzzle due to the missing piece! My husband really enjoyed the puzzle, especially the way the puzzle went together and the high quality of the pieces. The colors were vibrant and the whole puzzle was beautiful. Would defiantly buy from them again! (First Review): Would have rated this puzzle 5 stars but was missing 1 piece (see photo). I couldn't find any way to contact seller as they offer replacement pieces. If the seller would contact me and send replacement piece, I will revise rating. The puzzle was a joy to put together and the colors were vibrant and beautiful.

This was my sixth Cross & Glory puzzle! I think these are my new favorite! The colors are vibrant and the pieces are excellent quality. Enjoyable to do!

This puzzle was super fun to do, I wanted to tear it apart and do it all over again!!! The quality and picture quality was the best I've ever done and I usually do 4-5 puzzles a week. There was no missing pieces and no cardboard dust. I was able to sort the rose pieces out and put them together outside of the puzzle and then pick up the huge rose and place it in without it falling apart, when I finished the puzzle I was able to pick up the top of the whole puzzle with both hands and the puzzle didn't fall apart, it was amazing. I can't wait for my next Cross Glory puzzle.

I've bought several puzzles from this company and I am never disappointed. Always vibrant colors. Puzzles pieces are thicker than cheap brands AND THEY SNAP TOGETHER VERY NICELY. After I completed this one, I picked up the puzzle by its top ends and carried it into my living room. Not one piece dislodged! Highly recommend.

Kaleidoscope of Feathers is a great puzzle - beautiful colors, plenty of eyes/beaks/feather patterns to make it challenging and keep it interesting. Highly recommend!

I really like the picture and the vibrant colors. Definitely good quality. Putting the puzzle together was not hard, but it wasn't without some challenge. The main source of difficulty was that the poster and box image are not an exact match to the picture on the puzzle pieces. For some reason some kind of texture or something was added to the image used for the puzzle pieces. For most areas of the puzzle, this texture or whatever is in the form of subtle parallel lines, but in other spots it's little dots or pores. Other than that, I had no problems. Overall a fun puzzle with a bit of challenge.

This is a really great puzzle company. The pieces are well cut and fit together well. There are never any missing pieces and the image is gorgeous.

I buy my daughter a puzzle every Christmas . She works it the week after while on vacation. Great colors. My daughter loved it.

The puzzle is well made, sturdy fit, well packaged. When I finished, 1 piece was missing, I searched around, found nothing, so I submitted a missing piece report. Very fast response, they would send the missing piece and added a coupon, then sent me another email stating they could not replace the missing piece and have me a generous monetary discount on my next order on their web site! That is excellent customer service, but I won't be taking them up on the offer, I found the missing piece! I'd like to thank Matt and the people at Cross & Glory, wonderful product and even better customer service!

Hopefully the recipient will like , I do.
