Excellent product, certainly not for every day use, it works!

Does the trick but it makes me have more of a "loose" experience. I would not reccomend this for daily use but it has really worked for me when used once or twice a week. I have been dieting with a lot of high protein and low fat dairy products, which tend to slow things down in my GI tract. This tea taken with daily probiotics has really helped with the bloating and uncomfortableness. It tastes really good too with a nice mild flavor, without the need to add any sweetener. I am only demoting a star because it works a little too well for me. I have 1 to 2 small cups before bed and see results by morning.

I was worried about the taste being too "black licorice" flavored but the chamomile masks it well! It's actually so good, I do add a tiny amount of sugar though. It does the job without giving me a bellyache or anything like that. One cup before bed and in the morning I am able to go. Great buy!

I'm going to tell you, one cup of this tea a night you will he regular forever! Has never failed!

I had constipation after surgery and then on-going after chemo. Nurses told me to use milk of magnesia, senna, colase, etc. They sort of worked, I guess. But then another nurse suggested Smooth Move. I tried it and...wow...the next morning I had three very productive bowel movements each about 30 to 45 minutes apart. I couldn't believe how productive. This happened the first time I used it and again a couple of weeks later. Gave a box to another friend going through chemo and they had the same experience. No cramping. Nothing watery. I'm getting a box for my mom too. This is going to be in my medicine cabinet from now on. And it tastes pretty good before going to bed too. Can't beat that!
