Cant put next to your skin. This wrap is stiff and rough. Very uncomfortable.

I developed an umbilical hernia as an adult recently, and fortunately or unfortunately, it is not large or symptomatic or consistent enough to require surgery. So, we are just monitoring it and keeping an eye on it. I started looking for things designed to help with hernias since there are days it flares and is a bit more uncomfortable than others, and I luckily found this belt! It is nice and wide so it's comfortable and reminds me much more of a back brace than a belt.. so very nice multifunctional potential! I love that it has that removable and 3D Circle that I can place literally anywhere that I need the pressure to help the hernia. I was afraid that having to add that in would make everything feel too tight and compressed and uncomfortable, but that is not the case. I can definitely wear this under just a t-shirt at any time with no worries or concerns. It seems high quality and definitely fulfills the need and function. If you have a hernia that you are either just monitoring or trying to make more comfortable while you await surgery, I definitely recommend this purchase! And as an added bonus, after the hernia is no longer an issue, you'll have essentially a free back brace! LOL

Works ok but not that great

I wore this before my surgery. It helped remind me to take it easy. Held me in place as well. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t stay put either goes up too high or down too low no matter how tight I put it. Probably going to return it

I unfortunately got an umbilical hernia this year, out of the blue. To say it is one of the freakiest feelings in the world is an understatement! Fortunately or unfortunately, it was not large or symptomatic enough to require surgery and is just in the monitoring phase. I was looking into things I could do to help for comfort in the meantime when it does flare, and this belt is perfect! It's nice and thick as far as with but not as far as actual fabric thickness, so it is much more comfortable than expected. And having the removable Circle that I can place exactly over the spot that needs some pressure on it is brilliant and has been so helpful. I can completely control the amount of pressure, tightness, Etc. If you have a hernia, I absolutely recommend getting this.. but even if you don't have a hernia, I can absolutely Envision just the belt itself being used, without the removable Circle, as a sort of back brace for extra back support and for holding everything in!

nice idea but too short on the velcro area to actually hold together and too narrow to stay in place
