This compression sleeve has been very effective in relieving bicep muscle cramps. It is a bit snug to put on (which is what we wanted). We ordered based on the size chart, which proved to be accurate for us. After multiple washings it has not stretched out or fallen apart. We place it in a mesh laundry bag (just to reduce any chance of it picking up lint from other laundered items), and after washing just hang to dry.

I have biceps ,triceps pain caused by weight exercise. My doc gave me the pain pills prescription (Will have MRI appointment). Unfortunately, WHEN I lay down in the bed, my muscle is getting hurt (arm moving from left to right). So, I am looking for biceps ,triceps compression. Attention: Copper brand which is not produce it apply on upper arm. But I knew that CUAPVPA is not belong a Copper company. But it is totally relief my pain 90% gone and havegood sleep. I selected small size, 11 inches arm. Feel tight but not hurt, breathable, comfortable fabric. Take your time to feel it. I took it off after 30min . I put it back and stay overnight.

Being nearly 70 yrs old, this sleeve has helped with my upper arm pain. Only problem is that the sleeve seems to get tighter the longer I have it on.

I have tried so many different upper arm compression sleeves. They were either too tight or too big but never helped. Finally, with this brand, I found the perfect compression sleeve. It is not so tight that you feel uncomfortable but tight enough to provide pain relief. Thank goodness!!!
