My cat loves this treat. He is diabetic, so pure protein is good for him. The cubes can be a bit hard and a couple of times my cat has got one jammed in his mouth somehow, but he is elderly and has had some teeth removed. I break them up a bit for him now. I sprinkle some bits on his diabetic food before his insulin jab to encourage him to eat. Pity that the 1lb jar is not available, as that was excellent value. They are well formed cubes with no crumbs and dust, whereas some others that I have tried were not of such high quality.

I have five cats and they are adored by us, their human companions. And they know it! Their cat intuition recognises that they can wrap us around their paws. The more we show our soft spot for them, the more fastidious they become about their food and we go out of our way to feed them, not just nourishing, quality food but something they really love. I ordered these freeze dried cat chicken cube treats to replace another more expensive brand that is rising in price and declining in quality (1/3 of the cubes in my last tin had turned to powder). I was a bit apprehensive as these cubes are freeze dried from raw, but I need not have been. All of my cats absolutely love them and can't get enough. I'm trying hard not to over indulge them as I want them to remain treats, not every day dessert. As they are frozen from raw, I'm keeping half of them in my cool larder, to make sure they stay fresh. There's a special offer on them at the moment, so I just ordered 2 more tins which I will also store in the larder, as once you open them, they have to be eaten within a few weeks. I believe finding these, is as much a treat for me as it is for my cats.

I previously purchased Thrive cat treats, but I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality recently, and my cat refused to eat them anymore. As a result, I switched to these, and I’m thrilled to report that my cats absolutely adore them. They’re also a better value for the money. I highly recommend them!
