Edited: even though the frother stopped working after 8 months Paris Rhône’s customer service is incredible! After trying a couple of different frothers nothing worked as good as this one by Paris Rhône. The reasons I love it. You can use as little as a quarter cup of milk if you don’t use that much milk in your coffee. It also makes the milk very hot better than other machines. And the last thing I noticed about the Paris Rhône frother it is much faster than the others. I ended up returning the subpar frother and decided to buy another one of these. I bought this on December 28 2024 and it is now August 2025 and the spinner inside the frother has stop spinning. This machine didn’t even last a year. Very disappointing as I thought it was the perfect addition to my coffee bar, unfortunately that is not the case.

This is our first milk frother purchase. We didn't know what to expect. But after reading some reviews, we decided on this one. The device came packaged very nicely and was easy to unbox. It is very easy to use. The foam was very nice and thick. The only minor thing is that we wish it can be just a little hotter temp. It does better with regular milk with 3% or more fat. I didn't get as much foam with oat milk, but it is expected. Otherwise, the perfect device for frothing and foam. For someone who has trouble with the lights, it's very nice to be able to hear audible beeps. It is also very easy to clean. The whisk at the bottom of the device can be removed. You can rinse both the device and the whisk with water. Please note, DO NOT do the following. I woke up this morning to discover, to my utter shock and consternation, I had accidentally placed the device in the dish water and ran it. When I took the device out, there was quite a lot of water slushing around inside the unit. It took me several minutes to shake all of it out. I'm pretty sure it is still damp inside. Amazingly, when I placed it on the base, I heard a beep. To my surprise, the device still worked. I couldn't be more happy about it. The only thing that is not working is when you push the button, I don't hear a confirmation beep anymore. But that is a minor setback. I am truly amazed with the quality of the device. It is built very well and was able to withstand my blunders.

I’m giving this 4 stars. It worked great but stopped after 4 months , I notified the company and the customer service is excellent with back and forth communication. I will be receiving a new frother. The company is checking the LOT of the one that stopped working to find the issue. This frother is very easy to clean.

It makes froth--until it doesn't. When it's working, it makes a lot of froth, but not much warm milk beneath it. I have to heat milk in the microwave and then add the froth. Yeah, it's great froth, but what a pain. To be honest, now that it's stopped working, I have an excuse to buy a different one. I do not recommend this model.

Love this. I didn’t know what I was missing until I used this at a friend’s house then had to have one for myself. It heats quickly and has different levels of foam. The thickest setting is super thick and creamy, the other setting is lighter foam but still creamy. I often just use it to heat the cream without foam. I haven’t used the setting for cold foam It is easy to clean and does the job well.

Perfect little frother for my soy milk lattes! Highly recommend. Easy to use and clean.

I’ve had this for about nine months and has worked as intended for both hot and cold frothing on a daily basis until the frothing mechanism stopped working. I followed the cleaning recommendations and have maintained it according to the user manual, but guess it’s time to replace. The hot and cold function still works at least. *UPDATE * I added a few drops of descaler with water to the unit and rinsed it out. Now it works back to normal again. I guess it would be a good idea to descale every so often since it cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher

So easy and quick that I keep using this instead of my espresso machine's steam wand! Body is all plastic so this might not be the most durable item, but it's quiet, easy to clean, functional and makes pretty dang good hot foam, "steamed" milk and even cold foam (but I have not tried that yet). Buttons super easy to use once you look at the instructions once and can tell the "heat" vs. "steam" functions. Overall, a great value!

Changed because it really is an awesome system. Easy to use and clean and doesn’t take up crazy amounts of space. It stopped working but customer service was great and sent a replacement. I loved it, gave to my husband for his birthday. We used it fairly regularly and cleaned and stored it carefully and well. Just stopped working one day. So disappointing :( It was amazing until then. So Maybe if you use it once a week it wouldn’t break I don’t know. Kind of pointless when coffee is a daily thing for most.

Updating my review to 4 stars as the company was very prompt and attentive following me sharing my feedback on my experience with the milk frother not working. I submitted a video and product details and the team was very quick to send me a replacement. Excellent customer service with this company and excellent example for other companies to follow! -------- The product looked great and worked decently well however it suddenly stopped working after having it for 2.5 months. I used it only a few times, making sure to follow all the care instructions and then it stopped frothing.

Update - 16 July 2024: Five messages later from the seller in which they flip flopped from first offering a full refund, to then wanting to only send a replacement product, to finally relenting and offering a partial refund, I'm updating this review to confirm that I've received a PARTIAL REFUND back to my original payment method. I rejected their offer for a replacement product because I do not wish to go through any more interaction with the seller based on what I've already experienced. MY ADVICE TO ANY FUTURE BUYERS OF THIS PRODUCT: If this product fails on you, submit your honest review about what happened and attempt to utilize every available channel via the Amazon platform to complain. If it happens within 30 days, message the seller ASAP and test their statement (per their message below to me) about their supposed "30-day refund policy." Better to get your money back sooner rather than later and get a better milk frother. Good luck! Our goal is to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with our products. In light of your concerns, we would like to propose an alternative solution that may address the issue you've mentioned. Instead of processing a refund right away, we recommend trying a replacement unit of the same model. We usually carry out quality tests before leaving the factory, the situation you mentioned is really rare. If you agree to this, we will promptly arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please let us know your thoughts on this suggestion. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Once again, we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to your response. Best Regards, Lynne Customer Care Team” Based on the above, which is the second attempt to send me another replacement model which I do not want at this point, I feel that it’s important in the spirit of transparency and good consumer practice that this seller’s tactics, when it comes to customer service, are made public in the only way possible within the current Amazon platform. I.e., it’s anyone’s guess how or what action Amazon takes when sellers sell faulty goods and then offer no reasonable recourse for consumers to file complaints, let alone get their money back when promised fake warranty periods. As for communicating with sellers, conversing with AI chatbots is futile because it only trains them to get better at sounding more human. === Update - 12 July 2024: I received a message from the seller after seeing my review (per below). They offered me a “full refund” if I typed in the words “full refund” in my response so I did. Yesterday, they responded with a completely different message trying to instruct me on how to properly clean the milk frother and use a different type of milk. And they would like to send me a replacement. What a joke. I’ll update this review with their next response because this is becoming nothing short of absolute ridiculousness and perhaps indicative of what Amazon is going to turn into for the future detriment of customers everywhere. === I have never written an Amazon review until now. Hopefully someone will read this along with all other reviews describing the same issues. Within 2-3 months this product stops working properly as advertised on Amazon. 1) FALSE DESCRIPTION: The item description says "food-grade non-stick interior coating" but what actually happens is that milk gets burned in the bottom and it most definitely does not come clean easily by rinsing with water. 2) FAULTY DESIGN: The item description says "𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐭-𝐎𝐟𝐟 & 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞" when what actually happens is milk on the bottom of the interior will always turn brown indicating OVERHEATING. Anyone who has heated milk the manual way, in a pan on the stove knows how this happens without proper temperature control and constant stirring/whisking. 3) BAD DESIGN: This frother is nearly impossible to clean properly (and certainly not with the silly doll-size brush that comes with the frother) because the internal frothing mechanism is too close to the wall. Unless you have child-size fingers or a bottle brush that can scrape brown, burnt bits off the imaginary and completely fictitious "non-stick interior coating", then you are guaranteed many an exasperating cleaning sessions wondering who designed this ridiculous and disposable frother. LAST POINT: The ultimate disappointment with this product is that I have purchased a truly disposable piece of kitchen equipment. Since there is no product support/service via the seller on Amazon, you're stuck having wasted your money AND contributing to the world's glut of unrecyclable electronic appliances.

Awesome customer service. I had a minor issue with the machine and Alma the customer support at Paris Rhone was very helpful and able to replace my machine very quickly. I have this machine for 1.5yrs now. Amazing frother. Thanks Alma!
