We purchased three awnings for the windows on the west side of our lake home as an aid in reducing interior heat from the direct sun in the summer months. This product is of superior materials and was very easily assembled and installed. What we didn't consider when we made the decision to go with fabric awnings to mitigate the heat from sun, was that the awnings would actually be so attractive and add an element of interest to our scene looking out from inside the house. Although the awnings are not designed for high wind areas, they performed beautifully for us and my experience with the level of customer care provided by Americana Building Products, Inc. was that they were prompt and provided superior care to address a minor concern to our complete satisfaction.
