Let me start by saying I don't take any prescription medications and pay very close attention to my body. I am a bodybuilder and my cortisol is fairly high when I go through a deload week I rest as much as possible and pay close attention to my cortisol levels and sleep. These definitely work! I am excited to have something somewhat fast acting before nap or bed that won't make me pee like tea. It it's a pretty amazing combination of things to help destress with bodybuilding the perfect combination. Kava kava is well known for anti-anxiety but gaba AND ashwaganda also helps mood improvement and ashwaganda shown to promote muscle growth. Not a bad price I take the recommended dose and tasty ...highly recommend.

I’ve drank Kava from a kava bar, had the stuff in a can, but these gummies don’t do anything. I’ve eaten 3 at a time, I’m 147lbs, and they didn’t even give me that mellow kava feel. These were garbage, they tasted okay, but it was a total waste of money.

I've always heard that Kava Kava was good for calming and relaxing. I was pleased to receive two jars of these Kava Kava gummies for a total of 120 gummies. I like the taste of them though they are sugar free. As far as calming and relaxing, I guess it just depends on your lifestyle...lol. Either way you still get the benefit of other herbs so it's helpful and you have plenty of them.

These are great!! I take before bed and they help me fall asleep so much faster. They shut the brain off and I fall asleep so much faster. Instead of 2 hours-to no sleep from insomnia and if I wake up they help me fall back asleep. on the rare occasion I will take another in the middle of the night. It doesn’t make me feel groggy in the morning. These have been a sleep changer for me, and a couple friends. Definitely recommend!

I have trouble sleeping. Melatonin doesn’t work for me. I saw it gives you a good feeling and will help you sleep. I took the recommended 2 gummies at 7pm. 7:30 I was crawling into bed. I woke up at 4am bright eyed. These will make you sleep. I didn’t feel calm. I felt sleep. Haha. I will take it closer to when I actually want go to bed next time. I highly recommend.

I tried these first week at recommended dosage, taking in the evening. After noticing no effect, I started to experiment with larger dosages and still no effect. After well beyond exceeded amount, and noticing no affect. I realized I had just wasted 30$ +Sadly, nothing on amazon that claims to reduce stress or promote mood works for me. Its all placebo.If you want to take my advice, just drink coffee for energy. For mood workout and exercise, or running does help a great deal with overall mood and well being. A balance life style of course, goes without saying. And limiting or reducing all drug/alcohol usage. There are no shortcuts in life, and hard work almost always pays off!

If you're looking for the calming effects of kava without additional sugars, fillers, or suspicious chemicals, this is a great option. As an added bonus, they contain ashwagandha and L-theanine, along with rhodiola. The taste is very pleasant, which I certainly can't say for most kava products since kava tends to have a rather earthy and bitter flavor, in my opinion. These are portable and can easily be brough along for a weekend trip or quick getaway, or you can enjoy them from the comfort of your home; since two containers are included in each purchase, I tucked one in my suitcase and I keep the other one in my pantry. The price is excellent. Kava can run a bit expensive but these have a very reasonable list price and a large supply that should last quite a while. Highly recommend.
