This collar is horrible. I tried it for the first time recently and i had it on level 3 out of 100 shock and it zapped the hell out of my poor dog. Now she's traumatized and won't go near the place I took her to try training with it, and she's terrified of the collar itself. Bad product

Bought one....dog somehow knocked it off while running in the Forest. Bought a second one and it was defective. I won't be buying another
