Hooked On This Tea
Repeat buyer here! My husband and I have gotten hooked on this rich, fruity tea — a comforting way to end the day during this Most-Stressful-Year-Ever, as it’s caffeine-free and desserty enough for an after-dinner treat. It’s best when steeped for five full minutes to bring out its flavor, and is especially wonderful with lemon and honey; I’ve found that a dark honey such as avocado or black seed complements it best. Regarding that customer comment to the effect that ‘saffron is the last ingredient listed on the package’ and ‘there are hardly any saffron threads in the teabags’.... well, yes, that’s true. Saffron is the world’s most expensive spice and is usually used very sparingly, but it’s also very potent so a little bit is all that’s needed. Besides, if you’d like more saffron in the tea you could probably buy a small amount of the spice separately and add an extra thread to each cup. At any rate, according to the package Safaroma (the Canadian manufacturer) has a fair trade partnership with female saffron growers in Afghanistan, so it’s a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Delicious
This is really good. Nice in the afternoon when it’s cool out but you don’t want caffeine. Would be good iced too. Also bought some as a gift and they liked it too. Will buy again!

Tangy & Delicious
Tangy and delicious! I love this tea! Its a little strong so i added more water to my hot tea but its sweet enough naturally that I didnt need any sweetener. I will buy this again. Very good saffron tea blend!

Bought this tea because I was looking for a tea with saffron in it. Studies show that saffron has so many health and mental health benefits. I noticed an immediate impact on my anxiety, ability to concentrate/switch tasks, and urges to snack. Best Tea ever! Go get some!

Good quality
The media could not be loaded. This has a good flavor. I ordered saffron rock candy as well, a small crystal of the saffron rock candy for the tea, but it is not needed. I think the tea has a good flavor, no sugar needed.
