Perfect ...
Excellent... Received on time and works as expected. I can't even tell this was a preowned/renewed device.

Works great
I'm pleased with this laptop. I bought it as an upgrade to my previous X360 which had a dead USB charging port. Like the old laptop this also has two USB ports to charge. This computer is certainly worth the renewed price so far.

Perfect for high schooler
Perfect for my son and everyday use at school. Batters last the entire day. The convertible function is the perfect fix for school use the only problem is the keyboard print is very light. He bought a cover to give a more co trade to keys.

Disappointed - Bulky, lagging and screen glitching
So, I ordered this Chromebook a little over a week ago to replace my previous HP Chromebook. This Chromebook (compared to that one), doesn't work nearly as well. I was definitely expecting this Chromebook to be "newer" as far as look and functionality, since it's 4 model years newer. However it was thicker and bulkier (which immediately made me feel a certain way) and is lagging a lot! The display is clear and the screen size is a fair size! However, yesterday when I walked away for about 5-10 minutes my screen went black (fine if it went to sleep), but then it wouldn't respond to the keyboard or opening and closing the screen. I had to mess with it for a few minutes and then the screen came on. I'm not liking the fact that I just purchased this Chromebook and I'm already having problems with it's functionality. I already miss my old HP. Deciding whether I can return it (NEED it for college) or if I should keep it until I complete my Master's in December and then just gift this to one of my children for Christmas and buy myself the exact one I previously had. Just goes to show that because something is a newer model, doesn't mean it will look or function any better than the older version. I'll stick with the tried and true. First time I've ever been disappointed with an HP purchase.

Key pad tends to "stick"
The quality seems good for this item and the price is right. That being said, the key pad does tend to stick and it takes several tries to get it to work properly. I guess you get what you pay for.I use it for web browsing and checking email, so it is a bit annoying. I would probably look around when I need a new laptop in a few years.
