23 Inch Wig Head Cork Canvas Mannequin Head with Stand for Wigs Making With Mount Hole (Cork Head+Wig Stand+Wig Cap+T-Pins)

Let me say first -- I am not a beautician or hairdresser. I purchase this hair tool to aid in doing minor cutting to my wigs. The table top Wig Head Mannequin with stand is not very sturdy. When making attempts to manuever the wigs on the head, it does not allow you to changes position by moving the head. You basically have to change your body position inside of the wig. If you change the position by twisting, the head becomes more unstable. May a hair dresser knows better how to work with it but its not user friendly for someone like me.

---- Overall Quality: ----[See below about smell, but otherwise:] This is a great product. Heavy, sturdy, dense, takes pins well and holds them. The stand it comes with clamps onto a table nicely with an adjustable, screwing clamp device. Then the head goes onto a ball-and-socket type part that allows you to change the angle at which the head is tilted. You can adjust the tightness around the ball in the socket to hold it looser or more tightly in place in that exact position. You can also rotate the entire head on its clamp by loosening and tightening a wheel. This made styling my wig SO EASY. 10/10 would recommend, EXCEPT. . .---- Smell: ----The ONLY reason I didn't give this five stars is because, when I took it out of its packaging, the head smelled STRONGLY of musty moldy mildew, like it was kept in a damp basement or warehouse for a loooooong time. And I mean, STRONG smell. I've had it airing out in my studio for almost a week, and every time I walk in there, the smell hits me like a fist to the nose. I'm really hoping it loses its stench soon, because it is a sturdy, quality product in every other way.

This works great bcuz has the metal holder to grip wig head to table while you style.

I usually go to EBay for these but decided to use Amazon. The measurements were incorrect and I’m not sure why there are picture has scissors since they aren’t included but I knew that from the description.

It feels and looks durable. I haven’t tried it out yet but it was very easy to assemble. My only issue was the smell. The bag it came in had a lot of dirt and smell like it has been in storage for ages so the dirt and moisture made it smell like old dirt.

The media could not be loaded.  Definitely beginner friendly and well worth your money, this block head came with a beige wig cap(2 of them), needles, thread, T-pins, and also a stand you can hook onto a table! I was able to make my very first wig on this block head and with everything it came with, it really helped me with the baby steps to success. I also saved money on the items that it came with! They were the absolute essential items I needed to create my wig and I’m so happy with the end result! The wig fits so snug and isn’t too tight or too lose absolutely would recommend to anyone starting out!
