You can not interchange the bulbs. The one without a hole actually pumps fuel and has fuel flowing through it when the engine is running. The one with a hole pumps air to atomize a small amount of fuel to help in starting the engine.

I have no idea. I bought one thinking it would fit mine and it was not even close. Way too small. don't waste your money.
