These seem to work . I get a good night sleep if I take in the evening and calms me down if having a stressful day at work , I wouldn’t recommend taking them every day though.

Ich habe gemerkt dass die helfen als ich ich in Situationen völlig cool blieb wo ich normal in Stress geraten würde innerlich und damit verbunden schnell gereizt wäre… Super echt mal kein Stress innerlich zu spüren
