comfort and support
Love the fit around my neck, good support and I have bone spurs and it helped with the pain. Love my sleeping hood, I need pitch black (no light) at all to sleep, this was the answer to that problem too! I use it all the time and especially at night. I have shocked people at first because they never saw a hoodie attachment on these before, yes I wear the hoodie all the time because it is warm and convenient for blocking areas of light that hurt my eyes.

This is the best travel pillow I have ever purchased
This is the best travel pillow I have ever purchased! Very soft velvet material and good quality memory foam. I travel a lot by plane due to my work and this work great every time. It's priced very well for the value of the product. Highly recommended.

Among the better neck pillows
I've tried neck pillows filled with air, and those filled with various materials but they don't really provide much support or prevent neck pain if falling asleep. Figured memory foam material should be able to provide support, and this one does! It provides a lot of support and the hood is a nice added benefit since I typically wear sunglasses if I'm trying to sleep or don't want to be bothered, and the hood steps it up.I can't give this 5 stars because it's just a bit too bulky for what it needs to be and it's so thick that it actually pushes my head/neck forward slightly so the chair needs to be reclined. With that being said, still best neck pillow I've tried.

Nice concept, well made, just one annoyance
This is ok. I love the concept and this seems well made, but it doesn’t have a clasp to hold the pillow around your neck, so that annoys me. The carrying case is really nice, but it still takes up quite a bit of space if you are a minimal traveler. Definitely worth the money.

Soft!!
This thing is awesome! Super soft, and comes with a little travel case so it becomes really compact and doesn't take up a lot of space! Definitely highly recommend!
