These are a great and inexpensive alternative for individuals with voice disorders/ vocal intensity deficits. My patients love these. The work effectively and are easy to operate and best of all my patients feel they have their voice back

The instructions do not show you where on the device is the MODE button and I can't get it to amplify my voice Even after I think it is charged
