I've had issues in the past with PCIE cables breaking but this one seems solid and well protected.

Had to replace stock riser in my FormD T1 as it wasn’t compatible with my Gigabyte A620I AX motherboard.This is the 19cm version and it fits perfectly but you have the bend as close to the motherboard edge as possible.Working well so far no issues.

Perfect riser for Gen 4 PCIe

I decided, as the cable in my view was already broken and out of warranty by now to extremely carefully remove the rubber protection over the solder joints.As you can see by the picture, one of the cables had come loose, also should all of these pins be bridged like this? - I am not sure...Perhaps their newer products do not have this problem or this additional cable any more, but I am not sure.Would not buy again.

Could never get my 3070 working with my Ryzen 3700x on MSI B550i itx board with Fractal slim case due to pci riser not supporting gen4. Installed this riser at great cost but still not booting in gen.4 mode but least I get boot in gen.3 mode which is more than what I could get out of the fractal riser. Updated bios etc still getting Error 43. Driver in gen.4 mode :(

This took a bit of working out, but with the other positive reviews, I persevered! The straight 25cm for a Thermaltake case on a Asus ROG Strix TRX40-E motherboard, running a Sapphire Pulse RX 6800 card. First off, Radeon software telling me Bus speed was PCIe 3.0 even though I had set the interfaces to GEN 4.0 in the BIOS. Updated the BIOS as it had just had a new one, still PCIe 3.0. However, on further investigation, it is the Re-Size bar support that I think kicked mine in to gear on the board. Has to be set again in BIOS, see AMD website. Went back in, enable that, set PCIe to auto and bang, straight in with PCIe 4.0. working fine now thank you!
