Perfect size and fit

measured in metric/imperial numbers are not accurate
Measurements listed are not accurate for the imperial numbers. it shows in a picture that it is 450mm / 18inch. The actual size in imperial is 17 5/8. For my purpose I need 18 inches on length and it was too short.

It came quickly, but damaged
A polycarbonate tube is just that, but mine came cracked even though it was packed in both a bag and a box.
