Weighted 1 lb Hererope First Impression
The media could not be loaded. This 1 pound jumprope was surprising smooth for how heavy it is! I expected it to be very difficult to use being 1 lb but it rotates smoothly and feels well balance. Use this if you want to take your cardio to the next level.

5ā10āI bought the medium 1 lb jump rope because I purchased the 1/4 lb rope a few months ago at a Large and cut it down to exactly what a medium is.Being 5ā10ā this length works best for me but if this is your first rope, Iād stick to the sizing chart provided as these rope can be cut down to your needs.Id buy this brand again because ā¦.
