Tried several different types and I have found that this is the best, it's good quality resin since being on this my energy levels have greatly improved, my sleep is improved and I feel much better.

This shilajit is VERY high quality! I am extremely impressed with the purity of it. It is also packaged well in a small jar with a tight seal so it stays fresh. It even has a cute little brass colored dosing spoon. It has a very mild taste compared to some others, and it works really well! I have noticed an improvement in my daytime energy and my sleep quality. Even my metabolism seems to be higher! Great stuff!

I've tried several shilajit products and this is my favorite. It's easy to use and mixes great in a cup of tea because of it's thickness. It even has a cute little spoon not a wooden stick like some others. I find this helps with leg cramps and brain fog as well as giving me more energy. I attribute the benefits to the higher level of fulvic and magnesium. I think this is a quality product at a reasonable price.
