This is a review of 'Meina 2% BHA Exfoliant Toner, Salicylic Acid Face Exfoliating Peel with Niacinamide and Zinc, Acne Treatment, Skincare for Pimples, Hyperpigmentation, Dark Spots, Light Fast-Absorbing Liquid, 200ml'. This is a bha exfoliant toner with 2% salicylic acid. It comes in a nice bottle that works well to dispense the liquid formula in a controlled way. This is a nice gentle product that can be used 2-3 times a week for exfoliation. It works well for white and blackheads. It also has niacinamide for reducing pigmentation from spots. Overall this is a nice toner that I'll keep using.

I usually use a well-known salicylic acid serum that costs around 3 times as much as this one. That one comes without the added benefits of niacinamide and zinc. I was therefore really excited to try this Meina BHA exfoliant. I really like that the box and bottle not only list the ingredients but also say why each component is included. The serum is vegan and packaged in a 100% recycled plastic bottle (at least that's what they say, and I have no particular reason to doubt them). Even the cardboard outer packaging is FSC certified. The bottle is attractively designed and won't look out of place in even a fancy bathroom. The serum contains teatree oil which does have quite a strong scent. This is probably the only thing that I dislike about it. It's supposed to be left on the skin rather than rinsed away and I don't particularly want to go out smelling of teatree oil. This means that I may have to shift use of salicyclic acid to the evening rather than the morning which means I am far less likely to actually use it. I often have great intentions at the end of the day, but don't always follow through! So far, I've not noticed any deterioration in my skin compared with using the much more expensive well-known serum. So this is definitely a win for me! I have sometimes experienced irrittation with teatree oil in the past, but my skin is overall less volatile than it was in my teenage years and I'm hoping that I'll continue to tolerate this serum as it will be a great money-saver if I can!

Good - I've seen a difference in getting less pimples and feeling cleaner. My skin is less rough, I use it after cleansing and it gets any dead skin cells with ease. Happy using it, it does take a bit to absorb in fully. Apart from that it's easy to use with a cotton pad. Useful for physical and chemical exfoliation. Have not had problems with it irritating my skin.

I’ve tried BHA products before, including a pricey big brand version, in the hopes they’d help with pores and blackheads but alas, nothing ever has. This is a much more appealing alternative at £9.99 (at the time of writing), and the ingredients are more varied and complex to target concerns. The likes of 2% salicylic acid (the BHA) is alongside provitamin B5, 2% niacinamide, Zinc PCA and allantoin, are all designed to help with spots, refining pores, gradually exfoliating the skin, reducing hyperpigmentation and generally leaving the skin looking clearer. This comes in a nicely designed bottle that feels quite professional, and you get a reasonable amount at 200ml. The brand suggests twice daily use morning and evening, and it’s very simple to use as you just put some drops on a cotton pad and gently swipe over your face. You can then follow up with serum and/or moisturiser as usual once dry. I’ve had no issues or irritation with this, which is great. It does feel quite refreshing and I’d like to think it’s helping to clean and exfoliate alongside my usual cleanser. I can’t say I’ve noticed any benefits thus far but it’s early days and I know things like this can take a lot of time to show results. I’m happy to keep using it in case it is helpful but either way, I really like the ingredient mix and it’s a great price so I’d say it’s worth trying.

I received this exfoliating toner from the Amazon Vine Program. The toner came in well presented - nice box and bottle. The toner is infused with 2% BHA (Salicylic Acid) which is designed to penetrate deep into the pores, unclogging them and gently exfoliating dead skin cells. The formula also contains Niacinamide to even out skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation, alongside soothing ingredients like Panthenol and Allantoin to calm irritation and redness. After two weeks of use, my skin feels smoother, and I’m optimistic about seeing further improvements with continued application. Using the toner is simple—just apply a small amount to a cotton pad or your fingertips and gently sweep it over cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. It absorbs quickly without leaving any residue, making it easy to incorporate into both morning and evening routines. The lightweight formula is non-irritating and leaves the skin feeling refreshed.

Tolles Produkt für Leute mit unreiner Haut, denen ein "normales" Peeling zu harsch ist! Mein Sohn hat sich in der Vergangenheit mit verschiedenen Präparaten wirklich die Haut wundgerubbelt, bis er irgendwann ordentlich Entzündungen im Gesicht hatte, nicht mehr nur Pickel...... seitdem ist er immer auf der Suche nach Mitteln, die einerseits rücksichtsvoll zur Haut sind aber andererseits auch helfen. Mit diesem Toner/Peeling mit Salicylsäure ist er sehr zufrieden! Ihm gefällt auch das Design der Flasche, das schön geschlechtsneutral ist und nicht direkt "nach Mädchen" aussieht. :)

Was mich schon mal freut ist dass die Flasche gut zum Dosieren ist. Sie lässt sich einfach drücken, aber auch nicht so leicht dass gleich die Hälfte rauskommt. Die Flüssigkeit selbst ist ein bisschen dickflüssiger als typisches Wasser. Der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nicht unbedingt schlimm, ich find ihn sehr okay. Manche Elemente wie den Teebaum riecht man auch heraus. Was mir auch gefällt ist dass alle Inhaltsstoffe klar und ohne Umschreibungen hinten aufgelistet werden, sogar mit Beschreibungen was sie machen. Meine Haut wurde von dem Toner nicht irritiert oder sowas, aber eine eindeutige Wirkung sah ich bisher auch nicht, aber das kann auch daran liegen dass meine Akne ziemlich hartnäckig ist. Ein Versuch für das Geld jedenfalls wert.

Der BHA PEELING TONER von Meina Organics hab mich sehr positiv überrascht. Der Toner hat eine ganz leichte Textur, die sehr angenehm in der Anwendung ist, schnell einzieht und kein fettiges oder klebriges Hautgefühl hinterlässt. Die Wirkstoffkombination sorgt dafür, dass die Haut nach der Reinigung effektiv geklärt und geglättet wird. Die Poren werden befreit und sichtbar verfeinert. Die regelmäßige Anwendung hilft dabei, der Entstehung von Pickeln und Mitessern vorzubeugen und sorgt damit für ein insgesamt deutlich verbessertes Hautbild. Gleichzeitig beruhigt und pflegt der Toner die Haut. Ich finde, es ist ein sehr ausgewogenes Produkt, das in seiner Wirkung überzeugt. Es gibt sicher „aggressivere“ Peeling Toner, die vor allem mehr BHA enthalten, aber gerade wenn man nicht mit schwerer Akne, sondern nur mit gelegentlichen Pickelchen und Mitessern zu tun hat, muss man ja nicht gleich mit Kanonen auf Spatzen schießen.

Ich war ehrlich gesagt skeptisch, ob ein Toner mit 2 % BHA wirklich etwas an meiner Mischhaut mit Unreinheiten bewirken kann – aber ich wurde positiv überrascht. Ich verwende das Meina BHA Peeling jetzt seit knapp zwei Wochen, meist abends nach der Reinigung, und meine Haut ist deutlich ruhiger geworden. Kleine Unterlagerungen verschwinden schneller und neue Unreinheiten kommen seltener. Was ich besonders angenehm finde: Die Textur ist super leicht und zieht sofort ein, ohne zu kleben oder ein Spannungsgefühl zu hinterlassen. Auch bei sensibler Hautstellen hatte ich keinerlei Brennen – eher im Gegenteil: Panthenol und Allantoin wirken tatsächlich beruhigend. Die Poren an meiner Nase und Stirn wirken schon nach kurzer Zeit feiner, und mein Hautbild ist insgesamt ausgeglichener und glatter. Für mich ist das Produkt ein fester Bestandteil meiner Routine geworden – einfach, unkompliziert und effektiv. Fazit: Ein sehr gelungenes Produkt für alle, die mit Pickelchen, Mitessern oder grobem Hautbild kämpfen. Ich werde es definitiv nachkaufen!
