This product was purchased for use after a life changing surgery. This company went above and beyond and included a get well soon card in the package, so very thoughtful! The product itself was great and what was expected!

My mother had surgery that required some safety measures for taking her to and from doctor appts. This worked perfect. My mother is not keen on anything that could make her feel hot. However, she seemed fine with this and loved the light purple that looks like a soft Lilac. The item comes flat (no air in the plastic bag) but once opened fluffs up immediately. Likewise, it stays soft and padded. My aunt felt of it and then wanted it for her shoulder straps with her car rides. It is easy to Velcro the seat belt in..you just unhook the Velcro slide the belt across and reattach the Velcro. Do be careful if someone has a silky scarf on as the Velcro sometimes can catch.

I ordered this because I have not only the ostomy bag, but I have a wound vaccuum machine attached below my now absent belly button. The wound is now about 7.5 CM by 6 CM and the wound and will not be healed until probably 4 months from now. I needed something to cover both areas and this does it perfectly. When I pushed on the wound and the bag through the pillow in the car, I felt nothing at all. The pillow protects both areas extremely well and the stuffing is very pliable and soft. I highly recommend this!!!!!
