I like that it does not have that fake almond flavour like in most syrups these days. I used it to make tea cakes and the flavour turned out very nice. Subtle bitter almond flavour. If you are looking for something like that, go for it.

The "vanilla extract" is just way too dilute. I used to use the one from Sprig before and wanted to try this but the difference is quality is way too much. The flavour and aroma is way too less. The amount of vanilla actually added is way too less which makes the extract way too dilute. A recipe in which I used to add around 6-7g of Sprig Vanilla extract, I added around 20g of this one, yet the flavour wasn't strong enough. This product is just not worth the money. While the price is about 75% of thy of Sprig, the quality is just nowhere near it. Make the right choice, people..

Didn't feel like it us adding any flavor or fragrance to the baked goods

The taste and smell doesn't come out like lemon extract in cake, I tried in lemon cake but it taste bitter. Not sure about beverages or any other food items but not suggested for cakes.

I usually only get vanilla imported feom Mexico, but this beats that hands down. Best vanilla I've used yet

I really liked this brand. sometimes I add a tiny amount to my morning coffee as well. vanilla and coffee taste so good.

Worst product..I have tried the orange flavour but not getting any results
