Truth be told, I've only used this yesterday. Here's what I know so far: the fragrence is nice and not cloying or overwhelming; nothing worse than a pet smelling like grape, or strawberry! Why, I ask? This is fragrent but subtle. It doesn't overwhelmingly suds-up. Again, I appreciate that. I was aware it took longer than expected to rinse. Not an issue -- just surprising. I just became aware that there is a conditioner in this, which might explain. I've been using Baby Shampoo on the puppy and that did not bother her eyes -- this does not either...and the oatmeal will hopefully help the itchies. So far, so good!

A bit thin but does a good job at washing my dog after trail running in the wood. I use at least once a week sometimes more and no problems with loss of oils her coat still looks amazing.

I love this shampoo! Very easy to use and leaves my dogs very soft and fluffy. I will definitely reorder and also plan to give some to my son to try on his dog.

Found this shampoo very thin, almost like water. Plus it smelt like Olive Garden salad dressing. It seem to work on the dog for itching but again very watery making it hard to suds him up.

My dogs are not fond of baths, so finding this product was a definite plus. The shampoo can be applied to the dry fur, rubbed in and then rinsed. This is less of a hassle, since we get to skip getting them wet before shampooing. The shampoo leaves the coat fresh smelling and silky. I highly recommend this product!

It smells really good and made my fur baby so soft but unfortunately it didnt do much for the itchy skin he has. But i contacted the seller and they refunded my money with no problems

Smells nice and lathers up nicely. However, it doesn't seem to calm my dogs itch. I had high Hope's. We will continue to use until gone
