very easy to assemble, fantastic, only problem is how do you obtain a spare battery

The back derailleur is a 6 speed not 7 but back cog is 7 its a mish mash of parts cheap and nasty I thought at start to good to be true DANGEROUS ITEM

Only ridden once so judging from my first ride...... Abit slow on electric/throttle mode especially when going up hills, you could pedal faster than electric mode. Pedal assist is supposed to be 15.5mph/25km it doesn't feel it's going that speed. Would make a decent pedal/ push bike but not electric. Slight issues when building I noticed a dent underneath the handle bar grip, also there was no screw/bolt to put the front light in (I contacted the seller and was offered a partial refund of £10) and speed display is slightly loose even after being fully tightened. Will leave an update after more usage...... Update October/2025 - for the past few weeks I've been having issues with the bike. Throttle wasn't working when using it one day so I charged up battery when I got home and gave it another try a few days later. I took it for a test ride and discovered the bike will stop working on electric mode but then could suddenly start working again, the bike also accelerates without me using the throttle to which is a massive safety risk (I've uploaded a video). I've been in contact with the seller and explained the issues to which they have been very responsive, and also sent out parts but the incorrect parts (twice) I'm currently in contact with them to see if they can send out the correct parts and hopefully get my bike going again. Update January 2026 - after still having issues with the electrics not working I decided to contact the seller for a return/refund...... About 2 weeks later and still no response. Within the past 2 weeks I've had to contact Amazon customer support and they've left a message to the seller on my behalf and still no response, so they've gave me a returns label and said I have to arrange my own courier to collect as the seller is refusing to respond. I paid £27.40 to return and Amazon said they'll refund me that once the the bike is delivered. Today the bike has been delivered to which I've sent photo proof and tracking info to Amazon and they say the seller has 2 days to issue me a full refund including label (even though Amazon said they'll do it as they know the seller isn't responding). Fact of the matter is I have been sent a faulty bike and when it comes to returns the seller will not respond. Amazon stated they'll be investigating this seller. Update January (2 days after previous update) - Amazon ended up giving me a full refund as no response from seller, after speaking with several Amazon associates they kept telling me the only option they have is to leave a message with the seller as I purchased from a third party. So I asked to be transferred straight to management and they instantly gave refund after little research and a few questions. AVOID SELLER
