After attending a lecture on inflammation and the benefits of taking micro algae daily, I researched and chose this Earthrise spirulina. Both my husband and my dogs take these easy to swallow tabs several days a week. Will purchase again!

it’s a good product. I just recently started taking a couple weeks ago so I’m not really sure if it’s doing anything for me, but I like their practices, it’s a great company to buy from.

This Earthrise Spirulina seaweed supplement is grown in California and according to their package the process is monitored carefully and is GMP compliant. It is free of most things that would cause people trouble (you can see pictures of the package on the Amazon site). The recommended dose is 6 tablets per day, there are 180 tablets in the bag, so this is a 30 day supply. I would recommend that you start out slow with one or two and build up to the six per day. I started with 2 and experienced a remarkable "cleansing effect." My wife has not experienced any bad effects from this spirulina. The tablets are pretty easy to swallow for me. They are dark green in color, my wife says dark "emerald."

I used to force down spirulina powder mixed with water - which was awful. Then I found these and will never go back! There is no flavor, they go down easy, and they are made in the U.S.

As advertised. Used to support regularity. Good product.
