I like this brand of Allulose. It's one of the two granulated sweeteners I have used for a while. I love that it never spikes my blood sugar. I don't know what I'd do without Allulose. I highly recommend this brand. There's no cooling effect for me, and I will usually purchase the largest size, which is 4.5 lbs, as I go through a lot of it, and I love the sealability of the screw top container. I use it for baking, cooking, and sweetening coffee and teas. I have always been happy with the functionality and baking ability of the product. When I use it for baking my keto bread, it allows the tops of my rolls to brown. I will continue to purchase this brand; the size doesn't matter, it's all good.

I have been using Allulose as sugar substitute for better glucose level. I started to use this product (11 ounce) for every month and I decided to use it for long term. So I am subscribing 72 ounce for saving money. This is high quality of allulose and great sugar substitute!
