I bought these from The vitamin store first. It took a couple of weeks and I started to notice a difference in my body. I was getting every menopause symptom possible but what was probably the worst was joint pains. It was where I had injured myself in years part. I no longer have those pains and my hot flashes are minimal. They still come at night but not as frequent.

Ich hab jetzt zum 2ten mal bestellt. Am Anfang habe ich täglich nir eine genommen und die Packung hielt für 2 Monate. Da mich aber diverse Dinge plagten, wie schwindel, ständig kopfweh, Angstzustände und sowieso immer Gelenkschmerzen, dchlafproblele und damit Müdigkeit hab ich jetzt auf die empfohlen Dosis erhöht. Seit ca 2 Wochen nehme ich 1 morgens, 1 mittags und ich bilde mir ein, es ist viel besser geworden. Aich 1x pro Tag brachte schon leichte Verbesserungen, aber ganz toll gings mor trotzdem nicht. 1x Pro Monat war bisher immer eine heikle Woche in der alle Symptome immer besonders mies sind. Die besagte Woche fängt nun an und ich bin gespannt , ob ich meine Ruhe habe oder doch wieder 1 Woche out of order bin
