Captain Cook (Young Reading Series 3)

We enjoyed this book. The text and illustrations were age appropriate to my 7 & 9 year olds (I enjoyed it too!). Reading it was great preparation for our visit to the Captain Cook museum in Whitby.

This is a really good book for kids, my boys loved to hear the tail of one of histories greatest explorers. My son is six and we read it together. Highly recommended

This book advertised as for young readers. I would suggest 8 years and above due to content.

I bought the book to read to my Year 1 class ( aged 5 and 6) Trying to find child friendly text was becoming difficult. They loved the information gained from this book. They even select the book from the display area to look at the pictures as some still find it difficult to read. Thank you so much.

Used for a classroom project. It was easy reading for children, well-written & gave all relevant information.A good buy. JWB

History of his area

This book was second hand when I received it. It still gad anither persons name inside the book with there class and year crossed out. I didn't know it was second hand untill I received the book. This is fine, as the book is still in not bad condition.
