I follow this esthetician on social media that broke down what to look for in an effective red-light therapy mask. JOVS mask was one of the top ranking mask. At the time of this review I’ve had this mask for about a week. I purchased it during the March 2025 sale and paid ~$200 for it. As of the date of this review – 4/2/25 – it is selling for $429 (you get a $200 coupon) through the JOVS store! I have used this mask twice a day since I received it! I looked into blue, orange, and red-light therapy benefits before the mask arrived, so I knew what to expect. I also looked into the brand, its online presence, and overall reputation. I gotta say, I like a cosmetic tool that can hold its ground without influencers screaming to the rooftops that they like a sponsored product! I used this mask within a few days of getting my Neogen plasma treatment. It helped speed along the healing process. Most importantly, I am now noticing that my under eyes (which weren’t part of my plasma treatment) are brighter and less hallow. I hope over time this mask can help with the static lines. There is a con or two. That plastic anchor on the inner side of the mask is obnoxious and leaves a red indentation every time I use it! Without fail! JOVS needs to find another way to ensure the mask doesn’t slip. Another con is there is no real way to know how much battery life the mask has. The mask just stops working!

I love the option to set the time and easy to find the treatment I want. I had a mask from another company I used daily and it stopped working. It was nice but when I used this mask, my skin really felt it like I didn’t experience with the other mask. It feels tingly afterwards and even though the next morning. I’m excited to see how quickly I see results. The only sort of negative is on the forehead, there is a rubbery bar that leaves an indentation for a little while but is ok for me because I use it before bed.

Only reason not 5 stars is it does not hold a great charge at all . I charge it after every use ! I will say I see a difference in my skin in such a short time . Iv had many lights over the yrs . This would be the one u need minus a weak charger . I love skin care , I’m 64 and see a difference in the texture and tone .

amazing results and have not even been using 3-4 times a week. so far once a week for 5 min. you definitely see results. thank you

I didn't care for this mask it was hard to relax as the small amount of air holes aren't enough for you to take in fresh air, because as your breathing out your carbon monoxide doesn't escape, well enough that the mask becomes hot and uncomfortable.

I like it but the only thing is the gadget empties easily and I always recharge it every after use.

Love this red light face mask! Super comfy, stays put, and I swear my skin looks brighter after just a couple uses. It even has different light settings to tackle all kinds of skin concerns- like blue light for acne. It's a multitasker!
