Excellent to fix broken remote controls
I had a few remote controls where most of the keys stopped working due to the carbon wearing off the membrane pads and not making sufficient contact with the PCB. Putting a blob of this carbon compound on the carbon pads of the membrane fixed the problem entirely. A few tips; - wear gloves, this stuff is messy and carcinogenic - shake the pen for 30s - use a sheet of paper to clean the nib - make sure the surface is clean, IPA+cotton bud - leave for 24 hours for conductivity and strength

Works well, needs time to dry
Works good, used to fix a trace on the pcb in my car’s cruise control stick. Only gripe is that you can’t really control how much comes out very well. Also note: whatever you’re doing / fixing won’t work until the ink has completely dried. Found out after 30 mins of pure worrying that I’ve wrecked the pcb I was working on.

Not conductive, but can make a lovely resistor with it
expected this to be conductive like the description said. But it's not. It has resistance. So not suitable for what I needed, repairing broken circuit traces. This is similar to the carbon in a solution products you can buy at car shops. Not recommended. But it does dry quick.

Works but ?
Does work but as others have said, it's a white to administer due to stupid ball heading tip. Only works on a flat surface you won't get it on soldiering joints for fixing circuit boards only

Needs longer than you think to cure!
This stuff is great but it takes a lot longer than you think for it to cure, in my experience it takes about 3 days to work properly. The trace width is a little hard to control as you can see from the picture, but despite appearances this did repair the membrane contacts on the electric piano I was working on and saved £60+ on getting a new board and sending this one to landfill.

Amiga all better now. :)
I had no idea this sort of product existed but I'm so glad it does. I recently decided to dig out my old Commodore Amiga A500 and noticed a line of keys wasn't working (F2, 3, E, D, C). A bit of online searching and 'YouTubing' suggested corrosion on the keyboard membrane and, more importantly, how to fix it with a product like this. Thankfully, I discovered I only had a tiny bit of corrosion along one of the lines shared by these keys, and it was literally a simple matter of scratching out the corrosion and 'dabbing' over with this pen to reconnect the line. I am a complete novice at hardware repairs so I was thrilled that it worked and my Amiga is as good as new. I will just say that the pen behaves like an ink gel pen and the carbon can be a bit 'blobby' when it comes out, so be aware if using on small crowded circuits. But it's a great, simple-to-use product that has already paid for itself. Oh, and much Kudos to the seller for getting it to me so quickly...you made my day.

Good for the price though a little thick and hard to control
First one turned up dried out, Amazon replacement was prompt and the paint works fine. It's very quick to dry and the nib is quite wide so it's tricky to do smaller contact points like PS3 ribbon pads. Masking will be required.

Not very conductive
I tried using this to repair some tracers on the back of my motorbikes dashboard. Firstly, it's very difficult to apply as it doesn't come out smoothly. You squeeze, nothing comes, and then you have a massive blob that goes everywhere. Even when I did lap it up, it does conduct, but it has very high resistance. Even along a very small section. You may get good results for fixing tracers that might just have the odd crack that needs going over, but not for anything major

Very useful. It is just like a correction pen. But when I used it, soon the tip got blocked and no more ink was flowing. So I had to cut open the body and use a small stick to scoop the ink and paint. However, ink is good, dries fast, sticks well on plastic surface. I ordered it to repair keypad of an old spectrometer. We saved around 1-2,00,000 rupees.

Used it to successfully repair several ZX81 ribbon cables. The dispenser tip may be fine for the silver and carbon versions of this product, but the silver version it doesn't work very well, hard to control how much is dispensed. So....after shaking vigorously, just remove the cap by turning it CLOCKWISE (backwards from the normal unscrewing action), then use a toothpick to get whatever amount you need, and dab it onto whatever you're repairing. Don't leave the cap off long, as it can dry out.

I'm very glad this product exists. Saved me hundreds of dollars! The material flows pretty well once you get the hang of it. It's similar to a paint pen, but with nickel in solvent. Let it dry! It wont conduct until the metal settles and the solvent dries. It was fun to use a multimeter and watch the resistance drop as the fluid cured. I used this to repair a laminated keypad ribbon cable in a microwave that somehow got a melty trace. I also used it to repair the damage I did trying to fix the problem before i knew this product existed. It will now and forever be a part of my electronics kit. Perfect for membrane trace repair! Adhesion is good on plastic. The output width is about 2mm. It's a fluid but not super runny, especially after the solvent flashes off. Build up a couple of coats for best conduction. It takes a minute to get used to dispensing the material. The pen uses a plunger valve tip that has to be pushed against the surface before flow will start. You control the flow with how hard the tube is squeezed. Wiping the tip after every lift-up makes things go smoother.

Easy to apply and conductive. It's not metal conductive since it presents tents to hundredths of ohms resistance but gets a small repair done
