Good value ok for camping bag

This is a reasonable kit with items that could come in handy if you are away camping in the wilds. The quality is ok for what its designed for... a gimmicky present. The items can be used but Im not sure they are up to prolonged or repeated usage.That said its always useful to have something like this in the car for an emergency.4 stars from me. Its ok for the occasional use.

The products contained in this kit are very poor quality. Certainly wouldn't want to be stuck with this in a survival situation. I don't think this is even suitable as a gift for a young person with an interest in the outdoors/survival skills etc given I could snap the knife in half with my bare hands for example rendering it very dangerous.

This is great for a child or teenager perhaps in the scouts or doing a survival course but it’s not a serious life-saving kit and shouldn’t be used as such.

I ordered this to gift to a friend who regularly goes away for the weekend in their camper van, as I thought this might be a good kit to pack. This kit offers a really good selection of outdoor survival tools, including a camping knife, torch, whistle and compass as well as first aid essentials including a whistle, tourniquet and a first aid blanket. There are also practical items such as fishing hooks, a spoon and fork combo and screwdrivers. All of this fits inside a sturdy box which is great for storage. Although not ideal for hard conditions, atleast this kit would prove useful for average camping and outdoor weekends.

There's so much stuff in this tiny little box that I almost had trouble putting it all back in. I think it's great for camping, you know, when you're not actually in any danger. It has a lot of really useful tools in a small package, perfect for sleeping under the stars for a few days.Ten of the items are in the fishing bundle alone, which I have no idea how to use so will replace with a lighter and a bit of kindling. There's also no reflector included. The other stuff is pretty cool though! If you trust your kids around a knife, it'd make a great gift when camping with the family, or even just stuffed in your car for all those tiny "if only I had a-" moments.While it's not enough to fake your own death and abscond into the forest with it, I think it's great for the price tag.

This is the type of present that I would give to the person that has everything younger or older.Comes with a selection of items that might be useful in an emergency. Fishing hooks, Torch, laces, whistle,V sharp knife, spoon/fork, belt clip, Plus more. It might only be used once but that could be the one time when really needed. Men like multi tools anyway...The best selection I've seen all in one strong box.Nice useful present.
