This thing is great since it can be cold or hot. Velcro to keep in place on neck when this has been a challenge with other heat and ice packs I have used before. Doesn't stay hot long and takes some finessing when microwaving to keep from getting hot spots. Doesn't take long to heat or cool though.

It’s soft and pliable but it doesn’t get or stay that cold. I put it in my freezer at 10am and took it out at 7:20pm by 7:25 it already feels like it’s defrosting and not very cold. The other ice pack I have is hard when it’s frozen and won’t bend. On the plus side this one is very soft and bends gently around my neck. I guess that’s the nature of frozen. If you want frozen this is not it. If you want cooling and flexible and comfortable this is awesome. But I suspect anti inflammatory requires frozen.

I bought this out of desperation for hot flashes and was extremely happy with it's gel like softness. Easily fits around your neck and upper back. It maintains cold for at least an hour or longer. I endorse this neck ice pack and would recommend to others especially for women who are looking for ways to deal with hot flashes.

I highly recommend this product. It’s super flexible compared to other I have tried. It gets super cold and it comfortable to wear.

While this fits my neck better than most, the sheet of gel warms quickly. Also, there is a three inch wide channel, or divot, through the middle so that section doesn’t stay cold or curve to your neck well at all. I really wanted this to be better designed and am disappointed with it. Design notes: I love the idea of the sheet of gel inside which doesn’t shift around, but the large channel of missing gel (where I really need it the most) down the middle is not practical and forces the wrap to gap out away from my neck. I love the idea of the Velcro, however, the stiff and scratchy hook side of the Velcro and the soft loop side should be swapped. As it is, the most comfortable way to wear the neck wrap (as in trying to get as much of the cold gel sections onto your spine and muscles along the spine) the rough hook side of the Velcro is facing down which is irritating and snags clothing. The wings could also be a little wider to accommodate longer, taller, necks.

Yes. This is a good product. It can be to cold on the skin but I live it for my knees and back also.good price. I keep it in my freezer in case it is needed. It is a soft feel like gel I like that most about it. I hate hard ice feeling. It doesnt last as long like frozen ice but it doesnt take long to get very cold

Easy to warm, I need warm on my neck! It feels so comfortable and cozy when around my neck with the large area down! I closed the Velcro and was able to walk around in comfort too!

I could not believe how cold this was and how long it stayed cold for! Better than any ice pack I've ever used for a migraine or sinus headache! I haven't tried it warm yet but prefer cold anyway!

Awesome quality and feels lovely and soft and works perfectly when I have headaches very soothing in the eyes. Very easy to store and keep clean. Highly recommended 👌🏼
