I've pretty much stuck to the big names for items like this. Foolishly, I believed you get what you pay for. After having many big names items failing on me with little in the way of support, I am sticking with cheaper low cost unknown brands. Inmua, is not a name of come across before and I apologise if they are well-known. A dual band WiFi adapter with an aerial for just £13.69 seemed like a bargain to me.It arrived promptly in a small blister pack. Thankfully, it's a blister pack that can be open and closed with ease and not one that needs scissors or box cutters. In the package you get the USB WiFi adapter, a screw on aerial, a driver CD and a small instruction booklet. I always like to try to use a product like this without referring to the instructions or driver software. So I popped the aerial on to the adapter and plugged it into a spare USB port. I'm using Windows 10 and within seconds the adapter was recognised and installed. Clicking on the network icon in the tray and I could see all the local WiFi routers, both 2.4g and 5g.The connections were solid with all activity showing on a small blue LED on the adapter. In fact, I would say I'm getting faster transfers than I did from my last big name adapter and it runs a lot cooler too.So, I would say to anyone, don't be put off by low cost unknown companies like this one. Time will tell how long it will last but at least if it does fail in the future, I won't have lost too much in the way of money.I hope you found my review helpful.

The Wifi works fine and I have several USB ports on my laptop. You need one away from your mouse hand and the movement back and forth from the mouse to the keyboard can knock the antennae and become irritating. If your port is located in a place where this is not intrusive then this product is fine.I did find that the instructions were not great. They are written for Windows XP and my Windows 10 screens didn't match the instructions. I was able to figure it out to get the software loaded but then there was no instruction about connecting it to your wifi. I'm not bad but certainly not the most technical person. My husband, who is in IT had to figure that out for me and it took him about 10 minutes of playing to figure out what was going on. A little more detail on the instruction sheet would have been very helpful.

I bought this with the excitement of knowing it would work on OSx 10.13 as stated. However after downloading the drivers from their site, I saw that there weren't any drivers for 10.13, but there were for 10.12. So I installed these, however. Sadly they still didn't work. no networks will display.

I bought this just before I moved to a new address, knowing that I would be sharing the Wi-Fi instead of having an ethernet connection. I've been using it for 3 days with the router at the other side of the property from my PC, and it has a good strong connection.Does what it is supposed to do.

Works brilliantly in my loft - my computer accesses the internet as rapidly as it did when I had the internet plugged directly into it. Much better than previous adaptor I used - I would recommend.

Easy to install , works well just remember it has an aerial this can be obtrusive and be easily knocked .
