Very economical product. Perfect like China. Good for 1 month use and throw. I have all Trumom products. Electrical Breast Pump, sterilizer, Bottle Warmer, Bottle, Baby wipes. USA is simply a promotion tactic. No Service Centre. One single WhatsApp number where they handle issues. They have standard YouTube Videos they will send if you product gets spoilt. Anything beyond they will stop replying. Remember to read NON RETURNABLE. So even if you receive it broken. You must keep it and regret. My breast pump stopped working, warmer burnt, baby wipes too dry. I have a complete set of Trumom things, even my maid has rejected to take away from me free of cost.

This is an amazing and reliable product...Sterilizes efficiently and warms breast milk safely and in good time.

Very nice product. Good finish and quality material. But lacks little bit of practicality.5star for the quality of material and built3.5 for practical use.You need to put water inside it, it then boils the water and then in turn the product is heated. You can't directly heat any food or liquid.So less practical than a kettle.And it comes with very big 3-pin plug which rarely we have in homes.But design and built quality is super.May be with more use I will find it more useful further.

I have been using this product past 3 months 2 weeks back the temp control is lost.... Now even the on/off also is lost....It has served good for 2 and half months only very disappointed 😞.. If u r using for a short span use it or else it's a waste of money product....

This product has been life saver for me. In last four months I travelled a lot and this helped me to sterilize the feeding bottles and warm water for baby milk in hotels. This is lightweight and build quality is very good. I must say this one is amazing product which is easy to use and value for money.

I used it for 2 months now and it is not working. It is not getting on.

Pathetic product I bought before 1 month only and now it’s not working... sparking in centre and suddenly it’s stop working....also water leakage from bottom... waste of money don’t buy it
