Q: Can i reuse this more than one time

Normally the spray nozzle plugs up and cannot be used again. Unless you can clean it and get it to work again.

Q: Do rodents chew throw this?

If rodents are a concern, I would suggest a pest blocking foam that has an agent added to stop this. Thanks!

Q: Is this open cell or closed cell foam?

this is closed cell foam for filling gaps like around windows when installed. It expands and once you start the can its best t finish or you'll throw out the balance the mix will solidify in the can and in the straw used for delivery. Its a pressurized can like whipedcream
