EFS - Electrolyte Fuel System Tart Lemon-Lime 1.8 lbs

I always cramp when I ride. Have tried many supplements. This is the only one that works for me. Never cramp when I use EFS.

We love using EFS as our rehydration on our bike rides. "It's HOT. it's HUMID. W H Y are we out on our bikes when we could be inside?! This is a great tasting product, I use it on a regular basis for pre-ride for mountain biking. I can only carry one bottle of water on my bike and this helps me maintain hydration with 24 ounces of water per one scoop of EFS electrolyte fuel system I also add amino energy blend with caffeine two scoops adds a little extra kick to the system carries me through the ride. These two products flavors complement each other perfectly give it a try you won't be disappointed.

This picks me up after an exhausting workout (and sometimes it's accompanied by long hours in the yard.) I can always tell I need some of this when my wife complains I'm not talking during dinner and I subsequently realize I'm spaced out as I stare down into my food. My tank is badly in need of refilling when that happens.

Leg cramps? This works. Mom is 90 and potassium only does so much. For me too. It works for food and leg cramps within 10 minutes.

Lemon lime flavor takes some getting used...Had to water it down just to drink it... Kinda salty...

This is the first electrolyte drink I have had where you really notice the salt. The heavy salt taste takes some getting use to. The lemon lime flavor itself is nice.
